JL Fest Vendor Sip & Shop
Join us for the JL Fest Sip & Shop at Johnson’s Landing on Saturday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM! This outdoor vendor market will be held under the tent on our First Floor Patio, creating a fun, high-energy shopping experience alongside one of our biggest events of the year.

Last year’s JL Fest welcomed 550+ guests, and we’re expecting another incredible turnout. Guests will enjoy:

Shopping from a curated selection of local vendors
Live music under the tent throughout the event
Mini Highland Cows for a unique family-friendly attraction
Johnson’s Landing’s popular brunch service
Specialty drinks and a lively festival atmosphere
We’re looking for vendors who offer unique products and experiences that complement the event. To provide guests with a diverse shopping experience, vendor categories may be limited, and applications will be reviewed with product variety in mind.

Vendor Information

Event Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Under the tent on the First Floor Patio at Johnson’s Landing
Vendors are responsible for bringing any displays, signage, table coverings, and any additional setup materials needed beyond the tables provided (if applicable).
Setup instructions, arrival times, parking information, and event logistics will be emailed to approved vendors before the event.
Booth spaces must remain set up for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
Space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

JL Fest Sip & Shop Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting a vendor application for the JL Fest Sip & Shop at Johnson’s Landing, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Johnson’s Landing reserves the right to approve or decline vendors at its discretion in order to create a diverse and appropriate mix of products and businesses for the event. Approved vendors will receive confirmation from the JL Fest event team.

2. Vendor Fees
Any applicable vendor fee must be paid by the stated deadline to secure your space. Vendor spaces are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Johnson’s Landing.

3. Vendor Space & Setup
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary materials for their space, including displays, signage, extension cords, lighting, or other equipment unless specifically stated otherwise by Johnson’s Landing.

Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not expand, relocate, or obstruct walkways, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendors.

4. Tents & Displays
Any displays, signs, racks, or other equipment must be properly secured and safely installed. Johnson’s Landing reserves the right to require the removal or adjustment of any display that is considered unsafe or disruptive to the event.

5. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during the designated vendor setup period (9:30AM-10AM) and be completely set up before the event begins. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event management. Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, equipment, boxes, and trash from their space at the conclusion of the event.

6. Products & Merchandise
Vendors may only sell or promote the products and services included in their approved application. Johnson’s Landing reserves the right to prohibit items it considers inappropriate, unsafe, counterfeit, or inconsistent with the event.

7. Food & Beverage
No outside alcoholic beverages may be sold, sampled, distributed, or consumed without prior written approval from Johnson’s Landing and any required permits or licenses.

Any vendor selling or sampling food or non-alcoholic beverages is responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, certifications, and approvals from applicable health and governmental agencies.

8. Sales, Taxes & Permits
Each vendor operates as an independent business and is solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax and maintaining any licenses, permits, or certifications required to participate and sell their products.

9. Liability & Property
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, employees, representatives, and personal property. Johnson’s Landing is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors agree to hold harmless Johnson’s Landing, its ownership, employees, representatives, and event partners from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses resulting from the vendor's participation in the event, except to the extent caused by Johnson’s Landing’s own negligence or misconduct.

10. Insurance
Johnson’s Landing reserves the right to require proof of general liability insurance and/or additional insurance documentation when appropriate based on the vendor’s products or activities.

11. Weather & Event Changes
JL Fest may be affected by weather or circumstances outside of Johnson’s Landing’s control. Event hours, layout, vendor locations, or other event details may be modified when necessary for safety or operational reasons. Johnson’s Landing does not guarantee attendance, sales volume, or vendor revenue.

12. Vendor Cancellation / No-Show
If an approved vendor can no longer attend, Johnson’s Landing must be notified as soon as possible. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors who fail to attend without notice may not be considered for future events.

13. Conduct
All vendors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, employees, other vendors, and event staff. Johnson’s Landing reserves the right to remove any vendor whose behavior, products, display, or activities are considered unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the event.

14. Photography & Promotion
By participating in JL Fest, vendors acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event and grant Johnson’s Landing permission to use event imagery containing their booth, products, signage, or representatives for promotional and marketing purposes.

15. Event Management
Johnson’s Landing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to vendor placement, event layout, schedules, and operating procedures as necessary. Vendor locations are assigned by the event team and specific placement cannot be guaranteed.
