Vendor Application – Anza Box Launch Party

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Anza Box Launch Party!

We're bringing together local small businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs for a fun, family-friendly event celebrating the launch of Anza Box—a company dedicated to helping girls confidently navigate puberty while supporting menstrual health education and access.

This event is an opportunity to showcase your products, connect with new customers, and be part of a community that celebrates empowerment, creativity, and culture.

We're looking for vendors offering unique, high-quality products such as handmade goods, jewelry, apparel, beauty and wellness items, home décor, artwork, specialty foods, and other products that align with the spirit of our event.

Please complete the application below. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse vendor mix, and selected vendors will receive additional event details, including setup instructions, booth information, and payment details.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Application Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Anza Box reserves the right to select vendors based on product variety, event fit, and available space.

Vendor Fee

Vendor spaces are confirmed only after payment has been received.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Setup & Breakdown

Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window and be fully set up before the event begins.
Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event and may not begin packing up early without prior approval.
All vendor spaces must be left clean and free of trash at the end of the event.

Booth Requirements

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, tents (if applicable), extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their booth unless otherwise specified.
Booths must remain within the assigned space and not obstruct walkways or neighboring vendors.

Sales & Taxes

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
Vendors are solely responsible for their own transactions, inventory, and pricing.

Products

Only products approved during the application process may be sold.
Counterfeit, illegal, offensive, or unsafe products are strictly prohibited.
Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department regulations and permits.

Liability

Vendors participate at their own risk.
Anza Box, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents involving vendors, their property, employees, or customers.

Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the event may be postponed, relocated, or canceled. Any refund policy will be communicated at that time.

Photography & Marketing

By participating, vendors grant Anza Box permission to photograph and record their booth, products, and participation for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Code of Conduct

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, fellow vendors, volunteers, and staff.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
