Vehicle Exhibitor

Thank you for joining us for Touch A Truck 2026! If you are planning to bring any sort of vehicle, please use this application as your registration to attend. 

Please Note

The cost to be an exhibitor is FREE. However, this software requires the applicant to enter a card number. You WILL NOT be charged to attend as an exhibitor. 

Touch A Truck is a public event that allows kids to explore all kinds of vehicles up close! Families always enjoy this event and we appreciate your help in making it possible! 

This event will begin at 4PM. Please make plans to have your vehicles in place by 3PM. If your vehicle requires you to unload from a trailer or if you plan to bring more than one piece of equipment to display, you may bring vehicles early. Contact Sarah Hinton at 601-580-4659 to make arrangements for early drop off. 

Please make arrangements for a representative to be present with your vehicle or equipment during the entirety of the event from 4PM-7PM. We also encourage you to bring any swag your business may have to hand out to the kids. This could be candy, cups, stickers, or items specific to the type of work you do. The kids always love to take something home with them! 

Ellisville Main Street or the City of Ellisville will assume no liability for any damage incurred during Touch A Truck 2026.
