Join us for Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass 2026, a high-energy festival celebrating slow-smoked BBQ, premium bourbon, live bluegrass, and a vibrant Southern atmosphere. We’re bringing together top-tier food vendors for a full day of music, flavor, and community and we’re looking for the best food trucks and trailers to serve thousands of hungry festivalgoers.

 

Why Participate?
🚚 Strong Foot Traffic – A proven event backed by Goin’ Social Events with a built-in audience and high attendance.
🔥 Curated Food Lineup – We intentionally limit overlap and direct competition to help maximize vendor sales.
🎶 Live Bluegrass & Entertainment – Continuous performances keep guests on-site, engaged, and eating all day.
📣 Marketing Exposure – Participating food trucks will be promoted across event websites, social media, email campaigns, and festival materials.

What We’re Looking For
🥩 BBQ, smoked meats, and Southern-inspired comfort food vendors are strongly encouraged.
🍔 We also welcome handheld favorites, elevated street food, desserts, and unique culinary concepts that complement the festival’s theme.

 

Due to very limited space, vendors will be selected based on menu variety, food quality, professionalism, and overall festival fit.

We ask all applicants to review terms and conditions prior to submitting an application.

 

Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to refuse any vendor.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL FULL-SCALE BUSINESSES MUST APPLY AS A SPONSOR.

Food Truck & Trailer Vendor Terms & Conditions
Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026

By submitting a food truck or trailer application and/or participating in Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 (“Event”), the food truck/trailer vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions as set forth by Goin’ Social Events (“Event Organizer”) and any approved event partners or affiliates.

 
1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Fulton County, City of Roswell, and local regulations, including but not limited to:

Georgia Department of Public Health requirements
Local health department requirements
Fire Marshal and public safety regulations
Food service and mobile food unit regulations
Required sanitation and operational standards
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, inspections, approvals, and documentation necessary to legally operate at the Event.

Event Organizer assumes no responsibility for a Vendor’s failure to obtain required approvals or documentation.

 
2. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation in Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 is voluntary and conducted at Vendor’s own risk.

Vendor is solely responsible for protecting:

Food truck/trailer units
Vehicles and transportation equipment
Cooking equipment and supplies
Inventory and products
Employees, contractors, and staff
Cash handling and business operations
Vendor is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage deemed necessary for its business operations.

 
3. Health, Safety & Fire Regulations
Vendor must comply with all applicable health, fire, and public safety requirements, including but not limited to:

Approved fire extinguishers available on-site at all times
Proper propane storage, transportation, and usage
Safe cooking and food preparation practices
Safe generator placement and operation
Proper electrical connections and equipment usage
Compliance with all health department inspection requirements
All cooking equipment, fuel sources, and service operations must be maintained in a safe and professional manner.

Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

 
4. Menu, Pricing & Product Approval
All menus, pricing, and food offerings must be submitted for approval prior to the Event.

Vendor agrees that approved menu items represent the products expected to be offered during the Event.

No major substitutions, additions, menu changes, or pricing changes may be made without prior approval from Event Organizer.

Event Organizer reserves the right to limit menu overlap, restrict duplicate offerings, and approve vendors based on maintaining a diverse and curated festival food experience.

 
5. Load-In, Setup, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:

Load-in and load-out schedules
Vendor placement assignments
Setup requirements
Safety guidelines
Required operating hours
All food trucks and trailers must arrive on time, be fully set up before event opening, and remain operational and properly staffed for the entire duration of the Event unless otherwise approved by Event Organizer.

Early breakdown is not permitted due to guest safety, event flow, and the experience of other vendors.

Failure to operate for the full duration of the Event, early departure, late arrival, or abandonment of assigned space may result in forfeiture of fees and exclusion from future Goin’ Social Events.

 
6. Electricity, Generators & Power Requirements
Electricity availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Vendors requiring power must request it during the application process.

Food trucks and trailers are encouraged to provide their own approved generator or independent power source to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Vendor is responsible for:

Generator safety
Fuel supply
Proper placement
Noise compliance
Extension cords and electrical equipment
Event Organizer does not guarantee electrical availability, outlet access, voltage, or uninterrupted power.

 
7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional service area throughout the Event.

All vendors must properly manage and dispose of:

Trash
Grease
Wastewater
Food waste
Packaging materials
Cooking byproducts
Dumping grease, wastewater, oils, or debris on event grounds, parking areas, landscaping, or storm drains is strictly prohibited.

Vendor may be held responsible for cleanup costs, damages, or penalties resulting from improper disposal.

 
8. Food Safety & Customer Service Standards
Vendor agrees to maintain professional food preparation, service, and customer interaction standards throughout the Event.

Vendor is responsible for:

Safe food handling procedures
Proper food storage temperatures
Clean preparation areas
Adequate staffing levels
Professional appearance of truck/trailer and service area
Event Organizer reserves the right to address any operational, safety, or customer service concerns during the Event.

 
9. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

Goin’ Social Events
You42 Studios, including owners, operators, employees, agents, and representatives
Event partners and sponsors
Contractors and vendors
Volunteers and event staff
from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from Vendor’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to:

Personal injury
Food-related illness claims
Property damage
Vendor operations
Employee or contractor actions
Regulatory violations
 
10. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance
Vendor acknowledges that Event Organizer does not guarantee:

Sales volume
Revenue or profitability
Attendance numbers
Weather conditions
Consumer demand
Event outcomes
Event Organizer shall not be responsible for lost revenue, unsold products, operational expenses, weather impacts, or circumstances outside of Organizer’s reasonable control.

 
11. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event is scheduled rain or shine.

Vendor fees and payments are non-refundable in the event of:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public safety concerns
Venue requirements
Acts of God
Force majeure events
Circumstances beyond Event Organizer’s control
Event Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel portions of the Event when necessary.

 
12. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Organizer reserves the absolute right to:

Approve or deny any vendor application
Limit vendor participation
Reassign vendor locations
Remove any vendor for safety concerns, non-compliance, misrepresentation, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow event requirements
Removal from the Event will not result in a refund.

 
13. Photography & Promotional Rights
Vendor grants Event Organizer permission to photograph, record, and use images, videos, logos, food displays, truck/trailer setups, products, and promotional materials featuring Vendor for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and future event promotions.

Vendor waives any right to compensation or approval regarding such promotional use.

 
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any legal action arising from participation in the Event shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

 
15. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of vendor fees, acceptance of participation, or presence at the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all requirements outlined herein.

Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to update event policies, requirements, and operational procedures as necessary to ensure a safe, successful, and enjoyable festival experience for attendees, vendors, and partners.

Prices

Food Trucks and Trailers (10x10) $150.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Standard Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 10’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, trailers (including hitch), tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 10’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for providing all items needed for their booth, including but not limited to: • Tent/canopy/trailer/food trucks • Tables • Chairs • Displays • Signage • Extension cords or power equipment (if needed) • Any additional booth materials or supplies No equipment, furniture, power, or booth materials will be provided by Event Organizer. Vendors will receive only their assigned booth space.
Food Trucks and Trailers (10x20) $250.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Double Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 20’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, trailers (including hitch), tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 20’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for providing all items needed for their booth, including but not limited to: • Tent/canopy/trailer/food trucks • Tables • Chairs • Displays • Signage • Extension cords or power equipment (if needed) • Any additional booth materials or supplies No equipment, furniture, power, or booth materials will be provided by Event Organizer. Food Trucks and Trailers (10x30) $325.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Triple Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 30’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, trailers (including hitch), tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 30’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for providing all items needed for their booth, including but not limited to: • Tent/canopy/trailer/food trucks • Tables • Chairs • Displays • Signage • Extension cords or power equipment (if needed) • Any additional booth materials or supplies No equipment, furniture, power, or booth materials will be provided by Event Organizer. Vendors will receive only their assigned booth space.
