Get ready for a true Southern celebration! Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 is bringing together the best of smoky flavors, handcrafted goods, live music, and a whole lot of Georgia hospitality for an unforgettable afternoon in Roswell. We’re looking for talented artisan, craft, boutique, and general goods vendors to join this one-of-a-kind festival experience. Guests will enjoy live bluegrass and southern/country music, BBQ and food vendors, bourbon experiences, full bars, family-friendly activities, and an atmosphere built for gathering with friends and neighbors.

All products must be high-quality, professional, and appropriate for a family-friendly event environment.

🚫 Vendors selling counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items will not be accepted.

 
Due to limited availability, applications will be reviewed based on:

-Product quality and uniqueness
-Overall festival fit
-Professional presentation
-Vendor variety and balance

All applicants are required to review the Vendor Terms & Conditions prior to submitting an application.

Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor application.

By submitting a vendor application and/or participating in Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 (“Event”), the general goods vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions as set forth by Goin’ Social Events (“Event Organizer”) and any approved event partners or affiliates.

 
1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Fulton County, City of Roswell, and local regulations, including but not limited to:

Business licensing requirements
Sales tax collection and reporting requirements
Product labeling requirements, when applicable
Health department regulations for applicable products
Fire and safety regulations
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, certifications, and documentation necessary to operate at the Event.

Event Organizer assumes no responsibility for a Vendor’s failure to obtain required approvals or comply with applicable regulations.

 
2. Vendor Product Approval & Curated Marketplace
All products, merchandise, and goods offered for sale must be accurately described within the application and approved by Event Organizer prior to participation.

Vendor agrees to only sell approved products during the Event.

Event Organizer reserves the right to:

Limit duplicate product categories
Restrict direct competition between vendors
Decline products that do not align with the festival atmosphere
Remove unapproved products from sale
The goal of Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival is to provide attendees with a diverse, high-quality vendor experience.

 
3. Product Standards & Representation
Vendor agrees that all products displayed and sold at the Event will be:

Accurately represented
In good condition
Professionally presented
Compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
Vendor is responsible for ensuring all products, pricing, descriptions, claims, and marketing materials are accurate and not misleading.

Counterfeit, unauthorized, illegal, or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited.

 
4. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation in Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 is voluntary and conducted at Vendor’s own risk.

Vendor is solely responsible for protecting:

Merchandise and inventory
Displays, tents, tables, and equipment
Personal property
Employees, contractors, and representatives
Sales transactions and payment processing equipment
Vendor is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage deemed necessary for its business operations.

 
5. Booth Setup, Display & Safety Requirements
Vendor is responsible for providing all required setup materials unless otherwise specified by Event Organizer.

Vendor setup may include:

Tent/canopy
Tables and displays
Chairs
Signage
Lighting
Product displays
All setups must remain within the assigned vendor footprint and may not obstruct:

Walkways
Emergency access areas
Neighboring vendor spaces
Guest traffic flow
All tents must be properly weighted and secured. Unsafe displays, structures, or setups may be required to be modified or removed.

 
6. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:

Load-in and load-out schedules
Vendor location assignments
Setup requirements
Event operating hours
All vendors must arrive on time, be fully set up before event opening, and remain operational and properly staffed for the entire duration of the Event unless otherwise approved by Event Organizer.

Early breakdown is not permitted due to guest safety, event flow, and the experience of other vendors.

Failure to operate for the full duration of the Event, early departure, late arrival, or abandonment of assigned space may result in forfeiture of fees and exclusion from future Goin’ Social Events.

 
7. Electricity & Power Requirements
Electricity availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Vendors requiring power must request it during the application process.

Vendor is responsible for providing:

Approved extension cords
Safe electrical equipment
Battery-powered solutions or alternative power sources when needed
Event Organizer does not guarantee electrical availability, outlet access, voltage, or uninterrupted power.

 
8. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth area throughout the Event.

Vendor must properly dispose of:

Trash
Packaging materials
Product waste
Promotional materials
Personal belongings
Vendors are responsible for leaving their assigned area clean and free of debris at the conclusion of the Event.

Failure to properly clean the assigned space may result in cleanup charges or impact future participation.

 
9. Food, Beverage & Restricted Items
General Goods Vendors may not sell food, beverages, or consumable products unless specifically approved by Event Organizer.

Any vendor offering edible products must receive separate approval and comply with all applicable health department requirements.

Alcohol, tobacco products, CBD products, illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit merchandise, or restricted items are prohibited unless specifically authorized by Event Organizer.

 
10. Sales, Payments & Customer Transactions
Vendor is solely responsible for all sales transactions, including:

Payment processing
Cash handling
Customer service
Sales tax collection
Receipts and business records
Event Organizer is not responsible for vendor sales, payment disputes, refunds, or customer complaints related to vendor products.

 
11. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance
Vendor acknowledges that Event Organizer does not guarantee:

Sales volume
Revenue or profitability
Attendance numbers
Weather conditions
Consumer demand
Event outcomes
Event Organizer shall not be responsible for lost revenue, unsold inventory, operational expenses, weather impacts, or circumstances outside of Organizer’s reasonable control.

 
12. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event is scheduled rain or shine.

Vendor fees and payments are non-refundable in the event of:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public safety concerns
Venue requirements
Acts of God
Force majeure events
Circumstances beyond Event Organizer’s control
Event Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel portions of the Event when necessary.

 
13. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

Goin’ Social Events
You42 Studios, including owners, operators, employees, agents, and representatives
Event partners and sponsors
Contractors and vendors
Volunteers and event staff
from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from Vendor’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to:

Personal injury
Property damage
Product-related claims
Vendor operations
Employee or contractor actions
Regulatory violations
 
14. Photography & Promotional Rights
Vendor grants Event Organizer permission to photograph, record, and use images, videos, logos, booth displays, products, and promotional materials featuring Vendor for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and future event promotions.

Vendor waives any right to compensation or approval regarding such promotional use.

 
15. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Organizer reserves the absolute right to:

Approve or deny any vendor application
Limit vendor participation
Reassign vendor locations
Remove any vendor for safety concerns, non-compliance, misrepresentation, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow event requirements
Removal from the Event will not result in a refund.

 
16. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any legal action arising from participation in the Event shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

 
17. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of vendor fees, acceptance of participation, or presence at the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all requirements outlined herein.

Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to update event policies, requirements, and operational procedures as necessary to ensure a safe, successful, and enjoyable festival experience for attendees, vendors, and partners.

Prices

Tent Space (10x10) | No Trailers $100.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Standard Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 10’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 10’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for providing all items needed for their booth, including but not limited to: • Tent/canopy • Tables • Chairs • Displays • Signage • Extension cords or power equipment (if needed) • Any additional booth materials or supplies No equipment, furniture, power, or booth materials will be provided by Event Organizer. Vendors will receive only their assigned booth space. Trailer & Vehicle Restrictions -No trailers are permitted for standard vendor booths. -All vendor setups must operate from a tent-based booth configuration unless otherwise approved by Event Organizer. -Vendors requiring additional space, specialty setups, or alternative arrangements must receive approval prior to the event.
Double Tent Space (10x20) | No trailers $200.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Double Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 20’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 20’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Triple Tent Space (10x30) | No Trailers $275.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Triple Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 30’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 30’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for providing all items needed for their booth, including but not limited to: • Tent/canopy • Tables • Chairs • Displays • Signage • Extension cords or power equipment (if needed) • Any additional booth materials or supplies No equipment, furniture, power, or booth materials will be provided by Event Organizer. Vendors will receive only their assigned booth space.
