Join us for Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026, a high-energy Southern celebration bringing together bold flavors, bourbon experiences, live music, and an unforgettable festival atmosphere in Roswell, Georgia.
We are searching for incredible food vendors and culinary creators ready to serve festivalgoers throughout the day with unique, crave-worthy offerings.

📣 Marketing Exposure – Participating vendors may be featured across event websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and festival promotional materials.

🍔 Handheld favorites and festival classics.
🌮 Elevated street food and unique culinary concepts.
🍰 Sweet treats, desserts, and specialty offerings.
🍴 Food experiences that add to the overall Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival atmosphere.
We are looking for vendors who bring quality food, professional presentation, and an experience that guests will remember.
Due to limited space, vendors will be selected based on menu variety, food quality, professionalism, operational ability, and overall festival fit.
All applicants are required to review event terms and conditions prior to submitting an application.
Goin’ Social Events and You42 Studios reserve the right to approve or decline any vendor application.
PLEASE NOTE: Full-scale restaurants, established brands, and businesses looking for expanded brand exposure may be required to apply as a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are available through the event team.

By submitting an application and/or participating in Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 (“Event”), the food vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions as set forth by Goin’ Social Events (“Event Organizer”) and any approved event partners or affiliates.
1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Fulton County, City of Roswell, and local regulations, including but not limited to:
• Georgia Department of Public Health requirements
• Local health department requirements
• Fire Marshal and public safety regulations
• Applicable food service, sanitation, and operational requirements
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, certifications, inspections, and documentation necessary to operate at the Event.
Event Organizer assumes no responsibility for a Vendor’s failure to obtain required approvals.
2. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation in Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 is voluntary and conducted at Vendor’s own risk.
Vendor is solely responsible for protecting:
• Vendor property
• Equipment
• Inventory and products
• Employees and staff
• Vehicles and transportation
• Food preparation and service operations
Vendor is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage deemed necessary for its business operations.
3. Health, Safety & Fire Regulations
Vendor must comply with all applicable health, fire, and public safety requirements, including but not limited to:
• Approved fire extinguishers available on-site at all times
• Proper propane usage, transportation, and storage
• Safe generator placement and operation
• Proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Compliance with all applicable health department requirements
Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
4. Menu, Pricing & Product Approval
All menus, pricing, and food offerings must be submitted for approval prior to the Event.
No major substitutions, additions, or pricing changes may be made without prior approval from Event Organizer.
Event Organizer reserves the right to limit menu overlap and restrict specific food items in order to maintain a diverse and curated festival food experience.
5. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:
• Load-in and load-out times
• Vendor location assignments
• Setup requirements
• Required operating hours
All vendors must remain operational and fully staffed for the duration of the Event unless otherwise approved by Event Organizer.
Early departure, late arrival, failure to operate, or abandonment of assigned space may result in forfeiture of fees and exclusion from future events.
6. Electricity & Power
Electricity availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Vendors requiring power must request it in advance during the application process.
Vendors are encouraged to provide their own approved generator or independent power source to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Event Organizer does not guarantee electrical availability, outlet access, voltage, or power reliability.
7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional vending area throughout the Event.
All vendors must properly dispose of:
• Trash
• Grease
• Wastewater
• Food waste
• Packaging materials
Dumping grease, wastewater, or debris on event grounds or into drains is strictly prohibited.
Vendors may be responsible for cleanup costs, damages, or penalties resulting from improper disposal.
8. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:
• Goin’ Social Events
• You42 Studios, including its owners, operators, employees, agents, and representatives
• Event partners and sponsors
• Contractors and vendors
• Volunteers and event staff
from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from Vendor’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to:
• Personal injury
• Food-related illness claims
• Property damage
• Vendor operations
• Employee or contractor actions
• Regulatory violations
9. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance
Vendor acknowledges that Event Organizer does not guarantee:
• Sales volume
• Revenue or profitability
• Attendance numbers
• Weather conditions
• Consumer demand
• Event outcomes
Event Organizer shall not be responsible for lost revenue, unsold products, operational costs, weather impacts, or circumstances outside of Organizer’s reasonable control.
10. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event is scheduled rain or shine.
Vendor fees and payments are non-refundable in the event of:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public safety concerns
• Venue requirements
• Acts of God
• Force majeure events
• Circumstances beyond Event Organizer’s control
Event Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel portions of the Event when necessary.
11. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Organizer reserves the absolute right to:
• Approve or deny any vendor application
• Limit vendor participation
• Reassign vendor locations
• Remove any vendor for safety concerns, non-compliance, misrepresentation, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow event requirements
Removal from the Event will not result in a refund.
12. Photography & Promotional Rights
Vendor grants Event Organizer permission to photograph, record, and use images, videos, logos, booth displays, products, and promotional materials featuring Vendor for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and future event promotions.
Vendor waives any right to compensation or approval regarding such promotional use.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any legal action arising from participation in the Event shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of vendor fees, acceptance of participation, or presence at the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all requirements outlined herein.
Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to update event policies, requirements, and operational procedures as necessary to ensure a safe and successful festival experience.

| Food Tent (10x10) | $125.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass Festival 2026 Standard Booth Size All vendor spaces are assigned as: 10’ wide × 10’ deep maximum Vendors are responsible for ensuring their entire setup remains within their assigned booth footprint. Booth Setup Requirements Vendors must ensure: • Tents, tables, displays, equipment, signage, and merchandise fit safely within the assigned booth space • No setup elements obstruct walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendor spaces • Booths remain professional, clean, and safe throughout the duration of the event Booth setups may not exceed 10’ × 10’ unless an expanded space has been approved in advance by Event Organizer. Vendor Provided Equipment Vendors are responsible for providing all items needed for their booth, including but not limited to: • Tent/canopy • Tables • Chairs • Displays • Signage • Extension cords or power equipment (if needed) • Any additional booth materials or supplies No equipment, furniture, power, or booth materials will be provided by Event Organizer. Vendors will receive only their assigned booth space. Trailer & Vehicle Restrictions -No trailers are permitted for standard vendor booths. -All vendor setups must operate from a tent-based booth configuration unless otherwise approved by Event Organizer. -Vendors requiring additional space, specialty setups, or alternative arrangements must receive approval prior to the event. |
