About the application

Merchandise vendor space is available for artisans, nonprofits, and local businesses. All vendors must agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement.  All vendors are also required to register with the State Tax Commission.  Hold Harmless Agreement and Idaho Sales Tax registration link are at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.  

 

Check-in for all vendors will be at Brackenbury Square.

McVey Entertainment Group and Lewiston Motor Company present Pumpkin Palooza! Also sponsored by Tri State Health and Mike's Mechanical, Pumpkin Palooza is an annual family event with trick or treating, Halloween-themed games, music, entertainment, food and merchandise vendors, costume contests for people and pets, The Great Pumpkin Roll and more! Saturday, October 31 from Noon to 4pm on Main Street in beautiful downtown Lewiston, Idaho.

Terms & Conditions

Main Street will be closed to traffic starting at 8am, and check-in will be at Brackenbury Square.  Please check in before setting up your booth or trailer.   If you need to temporarily move barricades to get your vehicle to your booth space, you can, but you will NOT be able to access Main Street from 5th Street where the Pumpkin Roll takes place.  You must move your vehicle after unloading, and all vendor booths must be set up by 11am.   Please do not begin tearing down your booth before 3:30.  All vendors and vehicles should be out of the street by 5:00 so traffic can reopen.  

  • Each vendor space is approximately 12x12 
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and tent/canopies
  • Power is limited on Main Street.  Please note in your application if you will need power, and select the appropriate pricing at checkout. Extension cords will NOT be provided.
  • Booth spaces will be assigned and requests are NOT guaranteed
  • Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE (unless your application is not approved), and are due at the time you submit this application.
  • All vendors must be registered by October 17 at midnight 
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space, including trash.  Please bring a trash bag with you, as garbage cans on Main Street will fill up quickly.
  • If you register but cannot attend, please let us know ASAP.
  • All Participants
    1. Go to https://www.tax.idaho.gov/tsp.
    2. Choose Seller WITH Event ID > Next.
    3. Choose I am going to an event > Next.
    4. In the Event ID field, enter 1075707904 > Next.
    5. Enter your information.
      Note: In the Products I am selling field:
      • If you have a temporary permit for your own sales, also include its Reference # (from top of permit), its Valid from date, and its Valid through date.
      • If you meet the requirements for the Idaho resident small seller exemption, put “Idaho resident small seller” in this field.
    6. Click Next.
    7. Choose the option for your situation:
      • I am not making taxable sales. Also choose this option if you qualify for the small seller exemption (https://www.tax.idaho.gov/smallseller) or already have a temporary permit for your own sales.
      • I have a regular permit.
      • I need a temporary permit.
    8. Click Next.
    9. Review your entry > Submit.
    10. Check your email account (Inbox, Junk, and Spam folders) for further instructions and your tax permit proving you registered.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned Vendor (“Vendor”) in consideration of being permitted to participate in Pumpkin Palooza, promoted by McVey Entertainment Group (“Promoter”).

1. Assumption of Risk

Vendor understands and acknowledges that participation in the event may involve risks, including but not limited to property damage, theft, injury, or other loss. Vendor voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Release and Hold Harmless

Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless McVey Entertainment Group, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.

3. Compliance with Rules

Vendor agrees to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions from Promoter representatives.

4. Insurance 

Vendor is encouraged to maintain appropriate liability and property insurance for the event.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].

Prices

STANDARD VENDOR BOOTH $60.00 Non-refundable $60 Vendor Booth space is nonrefundable. Credit card fees are additional.
VENDOR BOOTH WITH ELECTRCITY $80.00 Non-refundable Access to electricity on Main Street is extremely limited, so these spots will have an additional charge and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. $80 fee is nonrefundable, and credit card fees are additional.
