Game Sponsor -- Pop Up Tent Required

Sponsor one of 10 Pumpkin Palooza Game stations!  If you have your own game to play, you can bring it, or we'll provide one for you.  We encourage you to bring your own business "swag" to use as prizes, but we can provide candy and toys for prizes if necessary; just let us know!  We will provide a table and a sign featuring your business as the sponsor of that game, but we are asking game sponsors to please provide a pop up tent for the space.  Last year the games got lost in the crowd and this will help with visibility!  Chairs will not be provided this year, so please bring them if you want.  Each game sponsor is required to read the Hold Harmless Agreement below, and click "accept" on the appropriate question.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned Vendor (“Vendor”) in consideration of being permitted to participate in Pumpkin Palooza, promoted by McVey Entertainment Group (“Promoter”).

1. Assumption of Risk

Vendor understands and acknowledges that participation in the event may involve risks, including but not limited to property damage, theft, injury, or other loss. Vendor voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Release and Hold Harmless

Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless McVey Entertainment Group, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.

3. Compliance with Rules

Vendor agrees to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions from Promoter representatives.

4. Insurance 

Vendor is encouraged to maintain appropriate liability and property insurance for the event.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].
