Dragonstone Experiences Host Application
About the application
Dragonstone Experiences are small-group, reservation-only workshops, demonstrations, lessons, and activities offered on Wednesdays between festival weekends. The purpose of the program is to create additional earning opportunities for vendors, performers, cast members, artisans, and other approved members of the Dragonstone community.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Some experiences may require additional discussion regarding scheduling, location, safety, insurance, staffing, or guest access before they can be listed.
By submitting this application, I understand and agree that:
* Participation is voluntary.
* Submission does not guarantee approval.
* The festival may request changes before approving an experience.
* All guests must reserve and check in through the official festival system.
* I may not collect experience-ticket payments directly.
* Guests may not wander the festival grounds.
* I am responsible for operating and supervising my experience.
* I am responsible for determining whether my activity is covered by applicable insurance.
* I will follow approved safety, capacity, location, and age requirements.
* The festival will retain 15% of booked experience fees.
* I will receive 85% of booked experience fees.
* I will retain 100% of approved additional sales made during the experience.
* I will not conduct guest activities in residential, camping, backstage, green-room, private, or restricted areas.
* I will immediately report safety, security, guest, or operational concerns to festival staff.
* Arkansas Renaissance Festival may suspend or cancel an experience if safety, security, conduct, or operational requirements are not met.
