Community Partner Responsibilities
- Gun Barrel City will provide each approved Community Partner with one six-foot table and two chairs. Partners are responsible for providing their own table covering, signage, handouts, giveaways, displays, tents, and any other materials needed for their booth.
- Limited access to electricity may be available but is not guaranteed. Partners requiring power must request it in advance. Extension cords and power strips will not be provided.
- Generators are not permitted inside the Community Center.
- Partners are responsible for setting up and tearing down their booth and must staff their space during all posted event hours.
- No vehicles will be permitted inside the event area during event hours. All partners must complete setup before the event begins and remain in place until the event concludes.
- All participants must follow City of Gun Barrel City ordinances, facility policies, event rules, and instructions provided by City staff.
Important Restrictions
- Community Partner booths are intended for outreach, education, public services, community resources, activities, and giveaways. The sale of merchandise or services is not permitted unless specifically authorized by the City.
- National Night Out names, logos, or branding may not be used on materials, merchandise, signage, or giveaways without express written permission from the City of Gun Barrel City and the National Association of Town Watch (NATW).

- I understand the event begins at 5:00 PM and I must remain set up until the event concludes @ 8:00 PM
- I understand my booth must be self-contained and that I am responsible for my own setup and teardown.
- I understand no vehicles are allowed inside the event area during event hours.
- I understand my booth is for outreach, education, services, and giveaways only.
