Terms & Conditions

Fees include a 20’x40’ area, electricity (30 AMP) and water. Additional space is available for an additional fee. In the event that the festival is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, teams will have the option of receiving a refund (by check - minus a $10 credit card processing fee, if applicable) or applying their fee to the rescheduled date or next year's festival. Teams will be notified of cancellation or postponement as soon as possible.

Pro Registration - Earlybird (before February 1) $275 Non-refundable Fees include a 20x40 area, electricity and water. Additional space is available for an additional fee.
Pro Registration - Regular (after February 1) $325 Non-refundable Fees include a 20x40 area, electricity and water. Additional space is available at an additional cost.
People's Choice $0 Non-refundable FREE Entry, Meat Provided on Friday morning, Turn in will be Saturday by 9:30 am, $150 cash prize plus a special trophy. Fundraiser for local civic club.
Extra Space (20') $50 Non-refundable
Personal Porta Potty $85 Non-refundable
Food Vendor $300 Non-refundable Teams are allowed to vend for a $300 vendor fee.
