Centered & Sexy® invites you to join us for Bourbon Nights, an indoor pop-up experience on Saturday, June 5, 2027, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Emporium Events in Stonecrest, Georgia.

Bourbon Nights brings together local businesses, handcrafted cocktails, delicious food, shopping, and community for an evening that's relaxed, engaging, and full of energy.

Guests will spend the evening discovering entrepreneurs, artisans, makers, service providers, and brands while enjoying signature bourbon-inspired cocktails, great food, music, and opportunities to shop, connect, and support local businesses.

Whether you offer handcrafted goods, specialty products, professional services, or represent a brand, Bourbon Nights welcomes businesses that take pride in what they do and enjoy creating a positive experience for every guest.

Vendor Participation Terms & Conditions
Please review the following information regarding vendor registration and participation in Centered & Sexy® Bourbon Nights, taking place Saturday, June 5, 2027, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Emporium Events, 7342 Stonecrest Concourse, Suite A, Stonecrest, GA 30038.

Vendor Registration & Payment
Vendor registration fees range from $100 to $125, depending on the vendor option selected. Please submit an application only if you are prepared to pay immediately upon approval.

Once your application has been approved, the non-refundable and non-transferable vendor fee will be charged to the card provided on your application. Your vendor space is not reserved until payment has been successfully processed.

All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment has been processed, the fee cannot be refunded, credited, transferred to another vendor, transferred to another person or business, or applied toward a future Centered & Sexy® event.

No refunds, credits, transfers, substitutions, or future event credits will be issued for vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal emergencies, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, changes in business circumstances, or any other reason the vendor is unable or chooses not to participate.

If a vendor is unable to attend, the vendor may not sell, give, assign, or otherwise transfer their vendor space to another business or individual without prior written approval from Centered & Sexy®, LLC.

Vendor spaces cannot be held without payment, and partial payments are not accepted. If payment cannot be processed at the time of approval, the space will be released and offered to another applicant.

Vendor Categories
Each vendor space is limited to one business and one product or service category. Please ensure the products or services listed on your application accurately represent what you intend to offer during the event.

Any significant changes to products, services, business name, or vendor category must be approved by Centered & Sexy®, LLC prior to the event.

Vendor Setup & Display
Vendors are responsible for providing their own 6-foot table and chairs. You are encouraged to create an attractive, professional display that represents your business.

Glitter, confetti, nails, staples, tape, tacks, adhesives, or any alterations to the venue are strictly prohibited.

Any damage to the venue or additional cleaning required as a result of your display will be the responsibility of the vendor. Emporium Events may assess a $250 cleaning or repair fee if necessary.

Marketing & Promotion
Centered & Sexy®, LLC will provide promotional graphics and marketing materials for vendors to share.

While event-wide marketing will be conducted by Centered & Sexy®, LLC, promoting your participation and inviting your audience to attend is your responsibility.

Vendors are encouraged to accept collaboration invitations on social media whenever possible to assist with cross-promotion and maximize event visibility.

Vendor Signage & Marketing Materials
Vendors are welcome to display business signage, distribute marketing materials, and collect customer information at their tables.

Any special requests must be submitted with your application. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, approval cannot be guaranteed.

Load-In & Breakdown
Vendor setup will begin at 2:30 PM using a staggered arrival schedule.

Approved vendors will receive their assigned arrival time prior to the event and are expected to arrive during their designated check-in window.

Vendor spaces will be assigned during check-in on the day of the event.

All vendors must be fully set up and ready to receive guests before the event begins at 5:00 PM.

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from event management.

The event concludes at 9:00 PM. Vendors are expected to break down displays and remove all materials from the venue promptly following the event.

Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Centered & Sexy®, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, inventory, or personal property.

Centered & Sexy®, LLC is also not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents involving vendors, volunteers, or attendees.

Each vendor assumes full responsibility for the operation of their business and for the safety, quality, legality, and liability of all products and services they provide.

Each vendor is responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, tax documentation, or other requirements necessary to legally operate their business.

Event Changes & Cancellation
Should circumstances beyond the control of Centered & Sexy®, LLC or Emporium Events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, labor disputes, venue issues, or other unforeseen events, require the event to be postponed or rescheduled, vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

If the event is rescheduled by Centered & Sexy®, LLC, vendor registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date. This event-initiated transfer does not change the general policy that vendor fees are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the event is canceled by Centered & Sexy®, LLC or Emporium Events and cannot be rescheduled, all vendor fees will be refunded.

Use of Event Name & Promotional Materials
Approved vendors are authorized to use the Centered & Sexy® Bourbon Nights name and official promotional materials solely for promoting their participation in this event.

Right to Refuse or Revoke Participation
Centered & Sexy®, LLC reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel vendor participation if a vendor violates event policies, misrepresents their business, engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, fails to follow venue or event instructions, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the standards and expectations of the event.

Removal or revocation of participation due to a vendor's violation of these Terms & Conditions does not entitle the vendor to a refund, credit, transfer, or future event credit.

Agreement
Submission of a vendor application and/or payment of the vendor fee confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable and non-transferable vendor fee policy.
