ACCEPTED PRODUCT CATEGORIES:
Artist / Maker
All applicants in this category must be the maker of their products. Any applicants that resell another artist’s work do not fit into this category. 
Gourmet Food & Beverages
Gourmet food vendors that provide quality items, sold in pre packaged gift sets valued at $21 or higher, may be accepted. Vendors must provide a valid seasonal food permit, cottage food license or apply for a short term food permit. 
Single Product Line
We will be accepting companies that manufacture/design a single product line. Examples include: candles, printed clothing, bottled beauty products, vinyl printed products, laser cut products, and other prefabricated items.
Studio/Gallery
Applicants in this category provide a space where multiple artists can display or sell their work
under one store front.
Boutique
We are looking for unique retailers that curate a variety of products for sale.
National Retail Products 
We will be accepting independent consultants for national and direct sale companies that sell premade and commercial items. 

Permits are issued on the express condition that the City, Grand Marais Lions Club, and Lions Club, International shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages or suits for or by reason of any injury or injuries to any persons or property of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether the person or property of the applicant, his or her agents, employees, or invitees, from any causes whatsoever while in or on the streets, sidewalks, parks, parking lots, alleys, or other property of the City during the term of the permit unless caused by the negligence of the City. The applicant further covenants and agrees to indemnify, save hold harmless, and defend the City, Grand Marais Lions Club, and Lions Club, International from all liabilities, charges, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and costs on account of or by reason of any such injuries, claims, suits or losses however occurring or damages growing out of them.
