About the application
Strawberry Non-profit organizations (IRS recognized 501c3) form Strawberry Row and are a signature attraction at Strawberry Festival. As a Strawberry Non-profit vendor you will:
- Receive 10 flats of Strawberries from Festival Sponsor - Frazier Farms - as a donation
- Create and serve strawberry desserts to patrons as fundraiser for your organization
- All Strawberry Nonprofits have booth placement on Main Street
- Requires San Diego County Temp Food Facility Permit
- Requires volunteer workers to have SD County Food Handler permits
- All booths must be used for strawberry food preparation or food item serving.

Terms & Conditions
- $5 application fee (non-refundable) is paid upon submission
- NO BOOTH PAYMENT IS PROCESSED UNTIL APPLICATION ACCEPTED BY FESTIVAL MANAGER - THAT IS - NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN AT TIME APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. Payment processes through ONLY IF application approved by Festival Manager.
- No refunds under 30 days.
- Greater than 30 days to Festival - booth fee refunds available less $40 cancellation processing fee.
- Standard exhibitor booth space is 10' frontage by 10’ depth.
- Exhibitor provides all display items (canopy, table, chairs, shelving, etc.)
- Electrical available - starting at $90 for upgrade.
- NO REFUNDS FOR ELECTRICAL ON DAY OF EVENT.
- Booth confirmations with load-in instructions emailed out through Eventeny approx. 3 weeks prior to festival.
- No loud music, generators, or amplified sound without prior approval.
- Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax collection, permits, and compliance with local/state regulations.
- Vendors responsible for sweeping and clean-up of booth and surrounding area. Vendors who fail to comply will not be invited back.
- Vista Chamber of Commerce/City Gates Events and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Vendors grant permission for their booth, products, and likeness to be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
- The event reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates rules or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
