About the application

Welcome to The Market LHTX 2026 Christmas Market! 🎄

We’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re a returning Market LHTX vendor or joining us for the very first time, we’re excited that you’re interested in being part of our annual Christmas Market 2026!

This application is for businesses that prepare or serve food or beverages on-site and therefore require a Health Department permit to operate during the market.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Food trucks and trailers
Coffee trucks or coffee booths
Lemonade or beverage stands (fresh-squeezed, dirty sodas, etc.)
Kettle corn, cotton candy, popcorn, or similar prepared-on-site foods
Any food or beverage operation requiring health permits, regardless of setup type
Please note:

Businesses selling pre-packaged, cottage food items (no on-site preparation) should complete the Vendor Application, not this one.
Health permits, insurance, and additional documentation may be required prior to approval
Space is limited, and selections are made based on menu variety, setup needs, and market balance
If your business requires a Health Department permit to operate, this is the correct application for you.

Returning Vendors: If you have already completed The Market LHTX 2026 General Food & Beverage Truck Application, you will still need to submit this Christmas Market Application so we can review your participation for this special holiday event.
New Vendors: If this is your first time applying to The Market LHTX, welcome! Simply complete this application, and we’ll review your business for the Christmas Market.
Young Entrepreneurs & Nonprofit Organizations: If you have already been approved for the 2026 season, you do not need to submit a new Christmas Market application. Beginning September 1, the Christmas Market date of November 28th, 2026 will be added to your existing application dashboard, and you’ll be able to select the event at that time.

If you have questions, we’re happy to help! Please text the Market phone: 512-688-7776.
