Crafters and Non-Food Vendors

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

We are excited to have you at this years event! Note; this is for a 10x10 space. You must purchase additonal spots if you want to have two 10x10 spaces. Please include the items you will be selling. Please include photos of your merchandise and/or setup. We are trying to limit so many duplicate vendors to ensure the success of all vendors who attend! We will have some vendors who may sale products in common when it comes to boutiqes, but we will still limit the number accepted. IF you are a unique vendor such homemade soaps, homemade wreaths, woodwork etc. we will attempt to only accept one vendor with the exception of another vendor offering a variety of other items as well. In which case we might ask the other said vendor to leave out the unique item you have applied to sell unless their item is made very differently than the item you applied to sell (in the sense of someone may have liquid soaps, car freshies etc. while another vendor may have goatmilk bath soap) This will be a first come first serve spot. 

All vendors must set up on Thursday during setup regardless of what day/days you plan to attend. This is to ensure the safety of everyone involved. No vehichles will be allowed to pull through the event area on days of the events. We do suggest lowering your tent half way at night in case of winds overnight. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out!

Terms & Conditions

ALL tents must be left in place until the end of the event for the safety of all involved we cannot have vehichles pulling through the event at any time. Please do not bring items not listed in your application. 

Setup will be on Thursday evening prior to the event! We will contact you closer to time for the event with times. We will work with you on times. So please do not worry about trying to make it from your location due to work etc. 

Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
 
This price covers both days. 
Electricity will not be offered this year unless you are a food vendor. If you absolutely need electricity please let us know what it is for and we will try to arrange this for you for an additional cost if it is required for your product.
