ICCC 2027 FREE Press Badge

Badges are FREE for any press or social media creators that grow the collecting hobby but are extremely limited. Applying does not confirm your approval. Badges must be worn at all times. You will be contacted by email on or before July 4th, 2027. If you are awarded a press badge and have already purchased an attendee badge let us know when you receive your approval email and we will cancel your standard order and refund. 
1 application = 1 badge

ICCC 2027 Press Badge Terms & Conditions Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention (“No Corporations, Just Fans”)

These Terms & Conditions govern the free Press Badge program at ICCC 2027. By applying for a Press Badge, you agree to be bound by these terms, all ICCC policies, venue rules, and applicable law.

1. Purpose & Eligibility
Press Badges are offered FREE to legitimate press and social media creators who help grow the collecting hobby. Badges must be worn at all times.
Space is extremely limited.
Applying does not guarantee approval.
One application = one badge.
Co-hosts or additional team members must each submit their own individual application.
2. Application & Notification
You must complete the application form in full to be considered.
Acceptance or decline notices will be emailed on or before July 4, 2027.
If you are awarded a Press Badge and have already purchased an attendee badge, reply to your approval email and we will cancel your standard order and issue a refund.

3. Badge Details & Access
Approved Press Badges grant access for the full weekend.
Press Badge holders receive entry access beginning at 10:30 AM on Friday. This is a good time to capture b-roll and unobstructed video of items at tables, club spaces, and props.
You must bring valid photo ID and pick up your badge at Will Call on site.
Press Badges do not include VIP perks beyond the early entry time noted above.
4. Requirements for Approved Press
Reply to your approval email with a high-definition file of your logo for the website.
Tag ICCC on all related social posts and content.

5. Use of Badge & Restrictions
Press Badges are for Press use ONLY.
Badges may not be sold, transferred, shared, or given to anyone else.
Adult materials are restricted.
You must follow all general ICCC rules of conduct, including the zero-tolerance harassment policy.
6. Liability & Conduct
You are responsible for your own equipment, behavior, and content.
ICCC, its organizers, volunteers, venue, and partners are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to your participation.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward attendees, exhibitors, guests, and staff at all times.
7. Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in:

Immediate revocation of the Press Badge
Removal from the event
Suspension or ban from future ICCC events
ICCC decisions on these matters are final.

8. General
These Terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your participation governs.
