Club tables are FREE but extremely limited. Any club that grows our hobby is encouraged to apply. Club tables are offered FREE to help grow awareness of your club. These are not a free vendor table.

ICCC 2027 Club Table Terms & Conditions Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention (“No Corporations, Just Fans”)

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Free Club Table program at ICCC 2027. By applying for a Club Table, you agree to be bound by these terms, all ICCC policies, venue rules, and applicable law.

1. Purpose & Eligibility
Club Tables are offered FREE to help grow awareness of clubs that support and grow the collecting hobby.
Any club that actively grows our hobby is encouraged to apply.
These are not free commercial tables. Club Tables may not be used as a substitute for a paid table for the purpose of selling merchandise.
Space is extremely limited. Approval is not guaranteed.
2. Space Details
Each approved Club Table receives a 5 ft x 10 ft space.
Tables/booths MUST remain fully set up throughout the entire duration of ICCCon operating hours.
Breakdown may ONLY begin after official show hours.
Violation may result in a monetary penalty and denial from future ICCCon events.
3. Application & Notification
After submitting your application (via the form after adding to cart), it will be reviewed.
Acceptance or decline notices will be emailed on or before April 15, 2027.
If you are awarded a Club Table and have already purchased an attendee badge, reply to your approval email and we will cancel your standard order and issue a refund.
4. Badges
Each approved Club Table includes 2 free badges.
Approved clubs will also receive an exclusive coupon code allowing up to 4 additional club badges to be purchased at 50% off General Admission prices.
Badges do not include VIP perks.
Badges must be worn visibly at all times and are non-transferable.
Badge pickup is available on-site during load-in only.
5. Conduct & Use of Space
Club Tables are for promoting your club, connecting with collectors, sharing information, and growing the hobby.
Commercial sales of merchandise are not permitted from Club Tables.
You and anyone representing your club must treat attendees, other exhibitors, guests, and ICCC staff with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated (zero-tolerance policy).
You are responsible for the conduct of anyone working your table.
6. Liability & Hold Harmless
You assume full responsibility for any materials, displays, and people at your Club Table.
ICCC, its organizers, volunteers, venue, and partners are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to your Club Table.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICCC, its officers, volunteers, agents, and the venue from any claims arising from your participation.
7. Enforcement
Violation of these Terms may result in:

Immediate removal of materials or people from the table
Loss of the Club Table for the remainder of the event
Denial of future Club Table opportunities
Other actions deemed appropriate by ICCC
ICCC decisions on these matters are final.

8. General
These Terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your participation governs.
Governing law: State of Tennessee.
 
By applying for or occupying a Club Table at ICCC 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
