About the application
To qualify for an ICCCon 2027 Artist/Author Table you must personally produce the artwork or books for sale at your table.
Friday, August 13th - General Admission Access 11AM - 6PM (VIP Access 1 hour before at 10AM)
Saturday, August 14th - General Admission Access 10AM - 6PM (VIP Access 1 hour before at 9AM)
Sunday, August 15th - General Admission Access 11AM - 5PM (VIP Access 1 hour before at 10AM)

PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR APPROVAL. We are a family friendly convention that focuses on collecting, all vendors must be approved. If your application for a vendor table is denied you will be notified via email and it will include the reason for your denial and a refund will be issued within 72 hours of purchase. If you don’t hear anything in 72 hours you are approved!
All artist booth locations are chosen in the order they were purchased. You will be able to choose your location when the map is emailed to each vendor starting June 1, 2027. First to pay is the first to choose all sales are final. Each Artist booth comes with a 6 foot table and 1 chair.

ICCC 2027 Artist Terms & Conditions Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention (“No Corporations, Just Fans”)
These Terms & Conditions govern participation as an Artist/Author at ICCC 2027. By applying for, purchasing, or occupying booth/table space, you agree to be bound by these terms, all ICCC policies, venue rules, and applicable law.
1. Acceptance & Approval
All booth/table purchases are subject to approval by ICCC.
ICCC is a family-friendly, collector-focused event. We reserve the right to refuse any Exhibitor, Artist, or merchandise that does not align with the spirit of the event.
Approval is not guaranteed by payment. If denied, a full refund will be issued.
2. Booth / Table Space, Pricing & Setup
$350 Per Booth each booth comes with 1 badge. (6 max)
Pricing and badge allocation will follow the published Artist/Author table rates for ICCC 2027.
To qualify for an Artist/Author table, you must personally produce the artwork or books for sale at your table.
Artist tables are intended for original creators only.
What is included (Standard Tables):
Each table/booth is a 5’ x 10’ footprint
One 6-ft long table
Two chairs
Tablecloth
You may set up your booth however you like as long as everything fits entirely within the footprint you purchased.
Booth Location Selection: All booth locations will be chosen in the order they were purchased. You will be able to choose your location when the map is emailed starting June 1st, 2027. First to pay is the first to choose.
Setup & Breakdown:
All tables/booths MUST remain fully set up throughout the entire duration of ICCCon operating hours.
Breakdown may ONLY begin after official show hours.
Violation may result in a monetary penalty and denial from future ICCCon events.
3. Merchandise & Authenticity Policy
No Repros, counterfeits, unauthorized reproductions, or deceptively sold “repros.”
Reproductions are not permitted.
Customs are allowed.
Definitions:
Repro = anything created to look as close to the original item as possible.
Custom = an original idea that cannot be confused for the production item.
All merchandise must be clearly and honestly represented. Sale of unlicensed or infringing merchandise is grounds for immediate removal without refund and possible ban from future events. ICCC reserves the right to inspect merchandise and require removal of any items deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event’s values.
4. No AI-Generated Art Policy
AI-generated art is not permitted for sale or display at ICCC.
This includes fully AI-generated images, AI-assisted artwork that is substantially created by artificial intelligence, and any work primarily produced by AI tools.
Artists must create their own original work.
ICCC reserves the right to require proof of process or remove any work suspected of being AI-generated.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of the work, the Artist, and/or the table without refund, and possible ban from future events.
5. Badges
Standard tables receive 1 badge per table.
Maximum of 6 badges per company (for those with 6 or more tables).
No extra badges are sold separately.
Artist/Author badge allocation follows the published rates for Artist tables.
Badges do not include VIP perks.
Badges must be worn visibly at all times and are non-transferable.
6. Conduct
Exhibitors, Artists, and their staff must treat attendees, other exhibitors, guests, and ICCC staff with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
You are responsible for the conduct of anyone working your table/booth.
7. Sales Tax & Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax (Tennessee state and local).
You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including copyright and trademark laws.
8. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final.
No refunds or transfers are allowed.
Full payment is required to secure and hold space.
9. Liability, Insurance & Hold Harmless
You assume full responsibility for your merchandise, displays, and staff.
ICCC, its organizers, volunteers, venue, and partners are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to your property or persons.
You are strongly encouraged to carry your own insurance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICCC, its officers, volunteers, agents, and the venue from any claims arising from your participation, merchandise, or actions.
10. Subletting & Sharing
Subletting, sharing, or transferring booth/table space without prior written approval from ICCC is prohibited.
11. Photography, Media & Promotion
ICCC may photograph or record the event (including your booth/table) for promotional use.
You grant ICCC a non-exclusive license to use such images for marketing purposes.
12. Enforcement
Violation of these Terms may result in:
Warning
Immediate removal of merchandise or staff
Expulsion from the event without refund
Monetary penalty
Ban from future ICCC events
ICCC decisions on these matters are final.
13. General
These Terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your participation governs.
Governing law: State of Tennessee.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
By purchasing or occupying booth or table space at ICCC 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
