About the application
All vendor booth locations will be chosen in the order they were purchased. You will be able to choose your location when the map is emailed to each vendor starting July 4th, 2027. First to pay is the first to choose. All purchases are final.
Vendors are provided a 10’x10’ Booth, 6-ft long table, 2 chairs, and tablecloth. You can set up your booth however you like as long as it fits entirely in the footprint you purchase.
Vendors will be given 2 vendor badges per “Table”, with a maximum of 6 Vendor badges per company with 3 or more tables.
NO EXTRA VENDOR BADGES ARE SOLD SEPERATLY.
Pricing breakdown:
1st Table: $750 (2 x badges)
2nd Table: $700 (2 x badges)
3rd Table: $650 (2 x badges)
4th Table (or more): $625 (no additional badges)
*Vendor tables/booths MUST remain setup throughout the duration of ICCCon operating hours. Breakdown may ONLY begin after show hours. Violation may result in monetary penalty and denial from future ICCCon events. All sales final, no refunds or transfers allowed.

ICCC 2027 Vendor Terms & Conditions Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention (“No Corporations, Just Fans”)
These Terms & Conditions govern participation as a Vendor / Exhibitor at ICCC 2027. By applying for, purchasing, or occupying booth space, you (“Vendor”) agree to be bound by these terms, all ICCC policies, venue rules, and applicable law.
1. Acceptance & Approval
Booth purchases are subject to approval by ICCC.
ICCC is a family-friendly, collector-focused event. We reserve the right to refuse any Vendor or merchandise that does not align with the spirit of the event.
Approval is not guaranteed by payment. If denied, a full refund will be issued.
2. Booth Space, Pricing & Setup
Pricing:
1st Table: $750 (includes 2 Vendor badges)
2nd Table: $700 (includes 2 Vendor badges)
3rd Table: $650 (includes 2 Vendor badges)
4th Table (or more): $625 (no additional badges)
What is included:
Each table/booth is a 10’ x 10’ footprint
One 6-ft long table
Two chairs
Tablecloth
You may set up your booth however you like as long as everything fits entirely within the footprint you purchased.

Setup & Breakdown:
Vendor tables/booths MUST remain fully set up throughout the entire duration of ICCCon operating hours.
Breakdown may ONLY begin after official show hours.
Violation may result in a monetary penalty and denial from future ICCCon events.
3. Merchandise & Authenticity Policy
No Repros, counterfeits, unauthorized reproductions, or deceptively sold “repros.”
Reproductions are not permitted.
Customs are allowed.
Definitions:
Repro = anything created to look as close to the original item as possible.
Custom = an original idea that cannot be confused for the production item.
All merchandise must be clearly and honestly represented. Sale of unlicensed or infringing merchandise is grounds for immediate removal without refund and possible ban from future events. ICCC reserves the right to inspect merchandise and require removal of any items deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event’s values.
4. Badges
Vendors receive 2 Vendor badges per table.
Maximum of 6 Vendor badges per company (for those with 3 or more tables).
No extra Vendor badges are sold separately.
Vendor badges do not include VIP perks.
Badges must be worn visibly at all times and are non-transferable.
5. Conduct
Vendors and their staff must treat attendees, other vendors, guests, and ICCC staff with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
Vendors are responsible for the conduct of anyone working their booth.
6. Sales Tax & Legal Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax (Tennessee state and local).
Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including copyright and trademark laws.
7. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final.
No refunds or transfers are allowed.
Full payment is required to secure and hold space.
8. Liability, Insurance & Hold Harmless
Vendors assume full responsibility for their merchandise, displays, and staff.
ICCC, its organizers, volunteers, venue, and partners are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to Vendor property or persons.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own insurance.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ICCC, its officers, volunteers, agents, and the venue from any claims arising from the Vendor’s participation, merchandise, or actions.
9. Subletting & Sharing
Subletting, sharing, or transferring booth space without prior written approval from ICCC is prohibited.
10. Photography, Media & Promotion
ICCC may photograph or record the event (including Vendor booths) for promotional use.
Vendors grant ICCC a non-exclusive license to use such images for marketing purposes.
11. Enforcement
Violation of these Terms may result in:
Warning
Immediate removal of merchandise or staff
Expulsion from the event without refund
Monetary penalty
Ban from future ICCC events
ICCC decisions on these matters are final.
12. General
These Terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your participation governs.
Governing law: State of Tennessee.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
By purchasing or occupying booth space at ICCC 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
