We are curating an intimate and elevated wellness experience designed to bring together purpose-driven businesses, wellness professionals, beauty and self-care brands, and community resources that align with our mission of healing, empowerment, education, connection, and self-care.
We are intentionally limiting vendor participation to create a more curated experience for both our vendors and attendees.
VENDOR INVESTMENT — $100
Your vendor investment includes:
Dedicated Vendor Space
An 8-foot vendor table with two chairs within our curated marketplace.
Complimentary Wellness Brunch
Your vendor investment includes access to the full buffet wellness brunch provided for event attendees. Five-Hour Event Experience
Participate in the complete 11 AM–4 PM Glow Experience, giving you meaningful time to connect with attendees and fellow businesses.
Vendor Recognition & Promotion
Approved vendors will be included in the official vendor lineup and promotional efforts surrounding the event.
Meaningful Connection & Networking
Connect with an audience interested in wellness, self-care, beauty, healing, lifestyle, and personal growth while building relationships with other aligned entrepreneurs and professionals.
Curated Wellness Marketplace
Be part of an intentionally selected vendor community created to complement the overall Glow Experience.

Vendor spaces are limited and acceptance is curated based on category availability, brand alignment, and the overall experience we are creating for our attendees.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive registration and payment instructions following application review.

Vendor Participation & Investment
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Glow Experience: Courage to Glow – A Journey of Strength, Hope & Healing.
We are intentionally curating a select group of businesses, brands, and service providers whose offerings align with the mission and elevated experience of The Glow Experience. Because vendor spaces are limited, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Please note: The vendor participation fee is $100. This fee is required upon acceptance and is non-refundable. By submitting this application, you acknowledge and understand the required vendor investment and are confirming that you are prepared to participate should your application be approved.
We encourage businesses to review the event details, vendor investment, participation expectations, and availability carefully before submitting an application.
We value the time and consideration of every business that expresses interest in participating. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial experience where vendors have the opportunity to meaningfully connect with attendees while contributing to an intentional environment centered around wellness, healing, empowerment, connection, and self-care.

| Single booth | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Vendor Registration & Space Reservation Policy Thank you for your interest in participating in The Glow Experience and other Asia’s Way Naturally LLC curated events. To ensure a smooth planning process and a quality experience for all vendors and attendees, please review our vendor policy. Vendor spaces are not considered reserved until all required registration materials have been completed, including the vendor application/agreement, vendor fee payment, and any required documentation. Submitting an inquiry, expressing interest, or receiving approval does not guarantee a vendor space. Vendor fees are due upon receipt of the event invoice unless otherwise communicated. Due to limited vendor availability, spaces are not held without completed payment. If payment is not received by the requested deadline, the space may be released to another approved vendor. We understand unexpected circumstances may arise; however, we cannot guarantee availability once spaces begin filling. Vendor acceptance is based on event curation, category availability, brand alignment, and creating a balanced experience for our guests.
