About the application
Application is for both days. There are various booth sizes in different locations using most of the school. There are multiple entrances that both vendors and customers use. Returning vendors have priority placement in their previous space from last December (spring show has a different vendor placement map).
Early bird pricing ends at the end of August.

Terms & Conditions
No rain dates credits or refunds. The school uses this as a fundraiser.
No exclusives but categories are limited. A show of this size will have vendors selling similar merchandise. Feel free to ask to see if there is similar merchandise. No refunds or credits, any changes in merchandise being sold must be approved. Approval is in the discretion of Island Fairs. No political, knockoff, drug paraphernalia, tobacco, weapons. No hawking. Tables must have floor length fabric covers.
