About the application
This is a special market that is part of the Oh, What Fun! holiday event at Lake Nona Town Center. It will be held on select weekends in December. There are a limited number od spaces per date and each vendor MUST SELL HOLIDAY RELATED OR GIFTABLE ITEMS. No food or beverage items please. Sweet treats, holiday related, ok.
IMPORTANT!
SET UP: Each vendor accepted will set up as to the space in which they have applied and been approved for. There are two options this year:
1) Inside a preset gingerbread house located along the main area where the Art After Dark market is usually held. It can acoomatae two 6' tables comfortabley inside and lighting is provided. This is not our traditional makers market. See application for complete details.
2) 10x10 tent set up, tent not provided and must be a white tent. The tent spaces will be set up along side the gingerbread houses.
NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE vendors, only HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS OR GIFTABLES please. Photos and description of your products is required below.
PLEASE NOTE This is just an application and you will be notified when accepted. This event in non-refundable/non-transferable beyond the 48 hours from application being accepted. All events are rain or shine.

A little note about the vendor fee:
Fee is charged upon acceptance not when applying. The vendor then has 48 hours to cancel from the time of acceptance for a refund.

Prices
| Gingerbread House | $125.00 | Non-refundable | Each vendor will receive an onsite gingerbread house to set up inside. Once accepted the day of details with specifics will be shared. Vendor fee is collected upon acceptance, not upon approval. Vendor must notify us within 48 hours of charge to cancel space and receive a refund. All fees after the 48 hours are considered confirmed and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. |
