About the application

Oktoberfest is looking for Business vendors who are interested in having a booth at our event. This application is for businesses that are major for-profit organizations, franchise chains, and service providers. If you do not meet those requirements, please do not continue with this application. Look on the event homepage to see if there is another application that fits your business better.   Please be aware that you are expected to offer some sort of giveaway or activity at your booth. We are hesitant to approve any applications that intend to only have informational items and/or solicit our community members. We want our community members to feel drawn toward your booth in a fun and positive way. We have found that the best way to do that is by making sure all of our vendors have something to offer the community. This invites our community members into your space and allows you the chance to tell them more about your organization.   Oktoberfest is one of the two events that we host right in the heart of Lawrenceville on Perry Street. This event is from 1 PM - 5 PM, however, vendors will be loading Saturday Morning between 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 12:30 PM.    Application approvals for this event will take place throughout September. If your application is approved, you will be charged during those dates. Additional Load-in information will be sent via email the Monday before the event.    Oktoberfest is an event that features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event.    If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.

About the event

This event has been cancelled due to threats of inclement weather. Prost on Perry! The City of Lawrenceville, in partnership with Local Republic, is hosting its annual Prost on Perry! Oktoberfest event. Join us on October 1st as we celebrate a very authentic Oktoberfest experience in our downtown square, complete with live music, authentic food, beer, kids' activities, and live entertainment. FREE event.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.  Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment.  The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event.  Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
