Terms and Conditions:

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Accepted vendors will be notified by email or phone.

Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time provided by the event organizer.
All booths must be completely set up before the event opens.
Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event and may not begin packing up early.
Booth spaces must be left clean and free of trash at the end of the event.

Booth Spaces
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and other necessary equipment unless otherwise specified.
Booths must remain within the assigned space and cannot obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.
Displays should be safe, secure, and professional in appearance.

Products
Vendors may only sell products that were approved on their application.
The event organizer reserves the right to request the removal of items deemed inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event.

Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and volunteers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents involving vendors, merchandise, equipment, or personal property.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.

Weather
The event will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise determined by the organizer.
In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, vendor fees may not be refunded.

Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward customers, fellow vendors, volunteers, and event staff.
The use of offensive language, disruptive behavior, or activities that interfere with the event may result in removal without refund.

Electrical Access
Electrical access, if available, must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed.
Vendors must supply their own heavy-duty extension cords and equipment suitable for public events.

Photography
By participating, vendors grant permission for photographs and videos of their booth, products, and representatives to be used for event marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Agreement
By submitting an application and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future events.
