We’re thrilled that you’re interested in showcasing your products and services at this year’s event!

Set up is Friday Morning - Exact times will be anouched closer to the event.

Vendors will be allowed to enter the venue after 8:30am both Saturday and 9:30 on Sunday.

Applying

Please complete the application and include clear, current photos of the products you plan to sell. Booth setup photos are also encouraged.

Applications are reviewed based on category availability, product selection, and the overall variety of the event. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Space is limited to approximately 165 vendors. Categories are limited, and only one representative from each direct-sales or MLM company will be accepted.

Booth Information

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, floor-length table coverings, displays, extension cords, surge protectors, carts, and dollies.

Anything touching the venue floor must have protective padding. Indoor canopies are optional but must have straight legs, padded feet, and the fabric top removed.

All merchandise and belongings must stay inside your assigned booth space.

Booth sharing is not permitted, and only products approved on your application may be displayed or sold.

Setup and Breakdown

Setup will take place Friday morning, November 27. Assigned setup times and complete unloading, parking, and check-in instructions will be emailed the week of the event.

Breakdown may not begin until the event closes on Sunday. Vendors must remain fully set up and open throughout all three event days.

Payment Information

The card saved with your application will be processed automatically when your application is approved.

If the first payment attempt is declined, your application will remain pending and we will try again the following day. If the second attempt is also declined, the application will be declined and the space may be offered to another vendor.

All booth fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another event, date, vendor, or business.

Optional Cancellation Coverage

Unexpected situations can happen, especially when registering months in advance.

Cancellation coverage is not required, but we highly recommend considering it because vendor payments are nonrefundable. Depending on the policy, it may help protect your booth fee if you cannot attend for a qualifying covered reason.

Coverage is purchased directly from the insurance provider. Main Street Events does not manage claims, approvals, exclusions, or reimbursements. Please review the policy carefully before purchasing. Please reach out if to us if the option is not availiable on the applicaiton.

Once approved, please mark "Going" on the official Facebook event, share it with your customers, and post photos of what you’ll be bringing.

Watch for Scammers

Main Street Events is the only authorized organizer and vendor contact for this event.

Do not send payment through PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App, Venmo, or to anyone claiming they can reserve a space for you. Always make sure approval and payment information comes directly from Main Street Events or the official application platform.
