2027 Maine Renaissance Faire Vendor Application
About the registration
The Maine Renaissance Faire is an outdoor family friendly event held for three weekends at the Acton Fairgrounds in Acton Maine. July 17/18, 24/25 and 31/1 2027. Applications will move through the jury process in the order that they are received. You will be notified if you are accepted or not. If accepted, you will receive an invoice for the vendor fee that is due in 30 days. You will also receive a vendor contract that must be signed. All questions should be addressed through the Eventeny platform. All communication is through the Eventeny messages that uses the email that you used to set up your Eventeny account. Please check this email regularly so you don't miss any important information. If your application is not approved, you will be placed on a waiting list.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The Maine Renaissance Faire is a juried show. All applications will be reviewed upon receipt. Decisions will be made based on quality of work, presentation, suitability for theme etc. Certain categories of crafts will be limited. If accepted, vendors will be contacted with the their current vendor fee which will be based on the square footage of space needed and is due within 30 days upon receipt. Any unpaid vendors will be withdrawn. Only online payments will be accepted.
