Night Market Application

1. Booth Details and Pricing

This application is for artists applying to Night Market at Anime Dallas 2027.

Booth Size: Each booth includes a 6 foot table with 2 chairs behind it.
Table Covering: Not provided.
Included Badges: None
Booth Price: $75 per Night Market Table per night. (Night market will operate on Friday and Saturday night)
Limit: Artists may purchase only 1 table. 
 

Night Market tables follow their own rules and layout standards.,Please review the full terms before applying. Applications will be juried for originality and checked for any signs of AI or stolen art. A valid Texas Sales Tax ID is required at the time of application.

Event Information
Dates: Friday, January 8  and Satuday Jaunary 9th, 2027
Location: Frisco Conference Center, 7601 Gaylord Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034
Event Duration: 1 day per table purchase. Setup starts as early as 7PM and must be completed by 9PM 

Application Requirements
You must be the original creator of the work being sold.
A valid Texas Sales Tax ID is required at the time of application.
Applications missing a valid Sales Tax ID will not be accepted.
All applications will be reviewed for AI-generated, traced, or stolen art.
Your card will only be charged if your application is approved.
 

Payment and Refund Policy
Tables cost $75 each.
Cards are not charged until the application is approved.
No refunds or rollovers will be issued for any reason, including cancellations or rule violations.
Failure to check in by the assigned time will result in forfeiture of your table without refund.
This agreement confirms participation in a ticketed event and is final once approved.
 

Sales Tax Requirement
All artists must have a valid Texas State Sales Tax ID to sell in Texas.
Artists without a valid ID at the time of the event will not be allowed to vend.

Artists are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax.
 

Night Market Rules

General

80% or more of merchandise must be NSFW.

All merchandise sold must be given to the customer in opaque bags or sleeves.
All work sold must be your own creation.
AI-generated, stolen, or traced art is not permitted.
Licensed or mass-produced items are not permitted.
It is acceptable to have an employee or helper run your table if they are part of your business or studio.
Studios may operate under a shared tax ID if all contributing artists are listed.
A maximum of three people may be behind a table at one time.

Table and Setup
You must check in by the assigned time.
Tables must remain staffed throughout show hours.
Tables must be covered and storage or boxes must be kept out of sight.
Move-in must occur through designated loading areas.
Artists are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax.
All displays must be stable and fit within your allotted space.

Behavior and Conduct
Artists must follow all event and venue rules at all times.
The attendee code of conduct applies to all exhibitors and artists.
Be respectful of other artists and staff.

The convention is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
 

AI, Stolen, and Traced Art Policy
Absolutely no AI-generated, traced, or stolen art is allowed.
This includes AI-assisted backgrounds, textures, or partial designs.
All art sold must be completely human-created.
Printing or selling someone else’s work, even with modifications, is not allowed.
  

Fiber Art Guidelines
Fiber arts must primarily be original creations.
Patterns must be your own or significantly altered from any purchased or downloaded design.
You may use offical fabric if you design and sew your own patterns.
Using unaltered or downloaded patterns does not qualify as original art and belongs in the Vendor Hall.
Any printed designs or graphics on products must be your own artwork.
 

3D Printing Policy
Only original or heavily modified 3D models are permitted.
Selling downloaded or purchased models without modification is not allowed.
Replicas or close copies of licensed characters are prohibited.
Stylized interpretations of characters (such as chibi or reimagined designs) are encouraged if they are clearly your own creation.
 

Examples and Clarifications

Allowed:

Printing your own artwork on shirts, mugs, stickers, or keychains.
Creating and printing your own 3D models.
Sewing garments from official fabric using your own pattern.
Having your original art professionally manufactured.

Not Allowed:

Using art or models downloaded from the internet.
Selling commissioned art that you did not personally create.
Selling unlicensed or bootleg anime fabric or designs.
Selling products made from patterns or art you did not design.
 

Electricity and Equipment
Electricity is not provided in Night Market
Bring your own power banks or battery packs as needed.
 

Cancellations and Attendance
Notify staff as early as possible if you cannot attend.
No-shows without notice may lose eligibility for future events.
Failure to appear or set up on time will result in forfeiture of your booth without refund.
