Clear Pond Fall Festival 2026 Vendor Application Information:
How to Apply
Complete the vendor application and include clear photos of your products and booth setup.
Applications will be reviewed, and approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Important Application Information
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor spaces are limited, and categories may be restricted to create a diverse shopping experience for guests.
Only one representative from each MLM or direct-sales company will be accepted.
Vendors offering similar products may be approved when their items feature different styles, designs, materials, or production methods.
Clear Pond Resident Vendors
Clear Pond residents may vend free of charge and will be assigned a 10-foot-by-10-foot booth space on the Clear Pond Amenity Center grounds near the pool.
Residents must still complete the vendor application and receive approval before participating. All resident applications will be verified through the Clear Pond HOA.
Submitting a resident application does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
Non-Resident Vendor Booths
Non-resident vendor spaces are only $35 for a 10-foot-by-10-foot booth.
Spaces are limited and will be assigned only to approved applicants.
Booth Information
Clear Pond Fall Festival is an outdoor event.
All vendors, including Clear Pond residents, must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and all other equipment needed for their booth.
Additional booth requirements include:
Ground-length table coverings
Canopy weights
Displays and signage
Any other equipment needed for setup
Canopies must be properly secured with a minimum of 30 pounds of weight on each leg. Stakes may not be permitted.
Booth sharing is not allowed. Only one business may operate from each vendor space.
Vendors may only display or sell the products approved on their application. Additional products require written approval before the event.
No refunds, transfers, or date changes will be permitted for any reason.
Setup and Takedown:
Vendor setup will take place on the morning of the event. Assigned arrival times and complete setup instructions will be emailed closer to the event.
Takedown may not begin until the event has officially ended. Early breakdown is not permitted. All vendors must remain fully set up and open for business until closing time.

Clear Pond Fall Festival will feature more than 80 artists, crafters, vendors, and food trucks for a fun-filled day of fall shopping and community fun.
Payment and Event Reminders
Once a paid application is approved, the card on file will be charged immediately. If payment cannot be completed, the approval may be reversed and the space offered to another vendor.
Keep a copy of your completed application and payment confirmation for your records.
Do not send payments through PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App, Venmo, or anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf.
Always verify that emails and payment instructions come directly from the official event organizer.

Prices
| 10x10 Booth Space - Resident only | $35.00 | Non-refundable | This Booth type is for Clear Pond Residents only please do not select this option if you do not live within the Clear Pond Neighborhood. We will residential status with the HOA Prior to approving your application. A standard vendor booth includes one 10-foot-by-10-foot space with access from the front. Vendors may arrange tables, displays, merchandise, and equipment within the assigned space. All items must remain completely inside the 10' x 10' booth area and may not extend into walkways, neighboring booths, or other event spaces. Tables, chairs, canopies, and display equipment are not included. |
