Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the inaugural season of LB Amplify, Southern California's premier live music competition produced by Axiom Productions, LLC.

LB Amplify was created to discover exceptional talent while providing artists with a professional platform to perform, gain exposure, and connect with new audiences. This is more than a battle of the bands. It's a season style competition designed to showcase outstanding musicians and create an unforgettable experience for both artists and fans.

Selected competitors will perform in a series of live episodes leading to the Championship, where one artist will earn the title of LB Amplify Season One Champion.

Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by the LB Amplify selection committee based on musical ability, stage presence, originality, professionalism, and overall performance potential. Completing an application does not guarantee selection.

LB Amplify Artist Application Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application for LB Amplify, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. All applicants must be legally authorized to perform in the United States.

Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. All applications will be reviewed by the LB Amplify selection committee, and selections are made at the sole discretion of Axiom Productions, LLC.

Accuracy

Applicants certify that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

Performance Materials

Applicants confirm they have the legal right to perform any music submitted or performed during the competition and are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.

Media Release

By participating in LB Amplify, applicants grant Axiom Productions, LLC the right to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture their likeness, name, voice, performance, and promotional materials for marketing, promotional, archival, broadcast, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

Scheduling

Selected artists are expected to arrive on time, attend any required meetings or sound checks, and perform at their assigned date and time. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Professional Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward fellow competitors, judges, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue personnel, and attendees. Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification.

Judging

All judging decisions are final.

Rules

Participants agree to follow all competition rules, venue policies, and instructions provided by event staff.

Cancellation

Axiom Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the competition or any portion of the event if circumstances require, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, public safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Liability

Participants assume all risks associated with participating in the competition and release Axiom Productions, LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue representatives from liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Acceptance

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
