About the application

  • Self-made artisan works & pre-pack foods. Vendor/seller needs to be the creator of the inventory. This category also includes cottage food operators/pre-packaged food items. (for example, canned pickled vegetables or homemade beef jerky are acceptable - must have current San Diego County Health permit for packaged foods).
  • If you are not personally creating or producing your product - please use the Home Distributor/Imports Application.
  • Curated vintage items/clothing do not qualify for Self-made artisan rate - please apply under Home Distributor/Imports applications

About the event

Join us at the 2027 Vista Strawberry Festival! The year 2027 will see us at 16 years and still “growing”. Vista is still home to many strawberry fields, and takes pride in the fact that it hosts the only festival in San Diego County that celebrates everything "Strawberry". Come enjoy our celebration of the “berry” as we welcome 500 vendors, a 5K certified run, 1 mile and quarter mile kid's runs, unique strawberry dessert creations, pie eating competition, costumes and contests, carnival rides, music on 5 stages, international selection of foods, beer garden, artisan court, and much more on (now!) 6 streets of the beautifully renovated and historic downtown Vista! The Strawberry Festival is by far the largest community event of the year for Vista with an estimated 90,000 in attendance - join us at this "BERRY" special celebration!

Terms & Conditions

  • NO PAYMENT IS PROCESSED UNTIL APPLICATION ACCEPTED BY FESTIVAL MANAGER - THAT IS - NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN AT TIME APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. Payment processes through ONLY IF application approved by Festival Manager.
  • No refunds under 30 days.
  • Greater than 30 days to Festival - booth fee refunds available less $40 cancellation processing fee.
  • Standard exhibitor booth space is 10' frontage by 10’ depth.
  • Corner booth fee ($60) available as upgrade
  • Exhibitor provides all display items (canopy, table, chairs, shelving, etc.)
  • Electrical available - starting at $90 for upgrade.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR ELECTRICAL ON DAY OF EVENT.
  • Booth confirmations with load-in instructions emailed out through Eventeny approx. 3 weeks prior to festival.
  • No loud music, generators, or amplified sound without prior approval.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax collection, permits, and compliance with local/state regulations.
  • Vista Chamber of Commerce/City Gates Events and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Vendors grant permission for their booth, products, and likeness to be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
  • The event reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates rules or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Application fees $5.00 Non-refundable $5 - nonrefundable application fee
Self-Made Artisan Booth (Craft or Prepack Food) $200.00 Self-made artisan works & pre-pack foods. Vendor/seller needs to be the creator of the inventory.
Main St. Upgrade Fee $40.00 Main Street upgrade fee. Main Street was original street of the Strawberry Festival, and is a popular street with festival patrons.
Corner Upgrade Fee $65.00 Corner Upgrade (2-Sided Booth Exposure)
Electrical (0-13 Amps) $90.00 $90 - Electrical Hook Up (Up to 13 Amps). NOTE: Refunds available ONLY if cancelled greater than 30 days to event. No refunds day of event.
Electrical (14 Amps - <50 Amps) $150.00 $150 - Electrical Hook Up (14 Amps - <50 Amps) NOTE: Refunds available ONLY if cancelled greater than 30 days to event. No refunds day of event.
Electrical (50 Amps or greater) $250.00 $250 - Electrical Hook Up (50 Amps or greater) NOTE: Refunds available ONLY if cancelled greater than 30 days to event. No refunds day of event.
