Vendor-Palooza 2026 Vendor Application Information
How to Apply:
Complete the vendor application and include clear photos of your products and booth setup.
Applications will be reviewed, and approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment information.
Important Application Information
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor-Palooza has limited availability, with only 165 vendor spaces available.
Only one representative from each MLM company will be accepted.
Vendors offering similar products may be accepted when their products feature different styles, designs, or mediums.
Categories are limited to help create a diverse shopping experience.
Booth Information
Tables, chairs, table coverings, canopies, weights, and other booth equipment are not provided.
Table coverings must reach the floor.
Booth sharing is not permitted.
Only one business is allowed per vendor space.
Vendors may only sell the products approved on their application.
No refunds or date changes will be permitted for any reason.
Setup and Takedown
Vendor setup will take place on Friday, August 14, 2026. Assigned setup times and additional instructions will be provided closer to the event.
Vendor-Palooza will be held:
Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16, 2026
10:00 AM–5:00 PM each day
Takedown may not begin until the event closes on Sunday, August 16. Early breakdown is not permitted. All vendors must remain fully set up and open for business until the event has officially ended.
Payment and Event Reminders
Once your application is approved, payment must be completed within the timeframe provided in your approval email. Failure to submit payment on time may result in your approval being reversed and the space being offered to another vendor.

Keep a copy of your completed application for your records.
Do not send payments through PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App, Venmo, or anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf.
Always verify that emails and payment instructions come directly from the official event organizer.

| 10x10 Row Booth (Inline) | $215.00 | Non-refundable | **Standard 10' x 10' Vendor Booth** A standard vendor booth includes one 10-foot-by-10-foot space with access from the front. Vendors may arrange tables, displays, merchandise, and equipment within the assigned space. All items must remain completely inside the 10' x 10' booth area and may not extend into walkways, neighboring booths, or other event spaces. Tables, chairs, canopies, and display equipment are not included. |

All tables, displays, canopies, merchandise, and equipment must remain completely within the assigned booth space. |

All tables, displays, canopies, merchandise, and equipment must remain completely within the assigned booth space. VIP vendors receive early setup time, allowing them to begin load-in and booth preparation ahead of standard vendor setup times. |

All items must remain completely inside the 10' x 10' booth area and may not extend into walkways, neighboring booths, or other event spaces. Tables, chairs, canopies, and display equipment are not included unless otherwise stated. |
