About the application
Foodees Fest Portland, Maine
Maine Mall
July 23–25, 2027
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close at any time once capacity is reached. Many categories fill well before the listed deadline.
IMPORTANT: The following categories are currently FULL and CLOSED:
• Lemonade
• Henna
We are no longer accepting applications for lemonade vendors or henna artists for this event. Applications containing these offerings may be declined based on category availability.
Foodees Fest is a large-scale, outdoor, multi-day festival built around food, culture, and small businesses that know how to show up and stand out.
Admission is FREE!
Each event brings together food trucks, tented food vendors, artisans, authors, specialty crafters, and unique small businesses.
Vendors are selected based on product category, quality, presentation, professionalism, and the overall needs of the event.
This application helps us understand your business, your offerings, and how you fit into the overall vendor mix. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We curate carefully to protect vendor success and avoid oversaturation.
A valid method of payment must be entered for your application to be fully submitted. Spaces are limited and are approved on a first-come, first-approved basis within each available category.
Accepted Vendor Categories
• Food Trucks & Food Trailers, 10x20 or less
• Only accepting 3 larger food trucks for this location
