Rotunda Booth - CBF Isekai Anime Convention 2027
About the application
Welcome to the official Rotunda Vendor/Artist Table application for CBF Isekai Anime Convention in Macon, Georgia! We are thrilled to invite creators, makers, and visionaries to showcase their talents at our upcoming convention taking place on March 13-14, 2027.
Rotunda booths are 6ft long and 5 ft wide booths that will be located right outside the Vendor Hall in the Tubman Museum. These spots will include one 6 foot table and two chairs.
Our Theme & Vision 🌸
To ensure an immersive and high-quality experience for our attendees, we are prioritizing artists whose work aligns with our core themes. We are actively seeking art, crafts, and merchandise that celebrate:
- Cherry Blossoms & Traditional Japanese Culture
- Anime, Manga, & Isekai Adventures
- Esports, Gaming, & Cyber Culture
The Selection Process: Jury & Staggered Acceptance
- To maintain a diverse, vibrant, and high-quality marketplace, CBF Isekai utilizes a jury system for all Vendor applications. Applications will not be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; instead, our panel will review portfolios based on quality, uniqueness, and adherence to our con themes.
- We will be releasing acceptances on a staggered basis to give artists ample time to prepare. Review and notification waves will roll out at the end of the following months:
- Wave 1 Acceptances: September 2026
- Wave 2 Acceptances: November 2026
- Final Wave Acceptances: January 2027
Hard Deadline: The absolute final day to submit your application is January 11th, 2027. No late applications will be reviewed by the jury under any circumstances.
Please fill out the form below with your accurate contact details, a link to your public portfolio/shop, and a brief description of what you plan to bring to CBF Isekai.
We can't wait to see your incredible work and welcome you to our convention!
