RIPFEST Vendor Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a vendor table for RIPFEST, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All vendor table purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or schedule conflicts.
Table transfers may be approved by RIPFEST management if requested in writing before the event. Transfers are not guaranteed.
Vendors are responsible for providing and selling only legal, authentic merchandise. Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
Vendors may sell trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, graded cards, memorabilia, artwork, accessories, and other hobby-related merchandise. RIPFEST reserves the right to prohibit any items deemed inappropriate.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes required by law.
Vendors must keep their booth staffed and operational during all public event hours unless otherwise approved by event management.
Setup and teardown must occur only during the designated vendor load-in and load-out times provided by RIPFEST.
Each 6-foot table includes:

One (1) 6-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Two (2) vendor badges
Additional tables, badges, or electricity (if available) must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, cash, payment processing, and personal property. RIPFEST, the venue, and event staff are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event. Displays may not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.
No amplified music, excessive noise, open flames, hazardous materials, or activities that disrupt the event are permitted.
Vendors must comply with all venue rules, local laws, fire codes, and safety regulations.
RIPFEST reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for violating these terms or engaging in abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
Event dates, times, venue details, and floor layouts are subject to change if necessary. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
By participating, vendors grant RIPFEST permission to photograph and record their booth for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Participation in RIPFEST constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above.
