Approved nonprofits receive complimentary booth space and are encouraged to showcase interactive activities, demonstrations, or informational materials that support their mission and enrich the festival experience.

Upon acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation with event details & load-in/load-out protocols.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
**Requirements**
- All Non-Profit Organizations are required to provide a commercial-grade 10x10 tent.
- Tents must be white or branded with your brand's logo.
- You are responsible for providing adequate tent weights to secure their setup.
- If you do not own a suitable tent and weights, a 10x10 tent and weights rental option is available for $200 (this cost is a charitable contribution and will go towards the programs of The Family One).
