About the application

The City of Lilburn is hosting Trick or Treat in Lilburn City Park! We are seeking vendors to pass out candy and/or provide a fun activity at your booth for the City Of Lilburn's family friendly Halloween event, Monsters and Movie on Main. Trick or Treating will start at 5:30pm with the businesses along Main Street in Downtown Lilburn and make their way down to Lilburn City Park where there will be fun activities for the kid's, food trucks, candy, and a family friendly Halloween movie on the giant inflatable screen starting at 7pm. Event Time:  5:30 - 8:30 pm Vendor parking is available in the Railroad Ave. parking lot with a parking pass.
 Vendors should pass out candy or have a fun kid activity at their booth. There is a $25.00 vendor booth fee that will be charged upon approval of your application.   

About the event

Trick or Treat with the businesses along Main Street in Downtown Lilburn starting at 5:30 pm making your way down to Lilburn City Park where there will be fun activities for the kid's, food trucks, vendors passing out candy, and a family friendly Halloween Movie on the giant inflatable screen starting at 7pm. Parking is available in the Main Street parking lot, the Greenway Trail parking lot, and the Railroad Ave. parking lot. Accessible parking located at 76 Main Street parking lot.

Terms & Conditions

Application deadline is October  20thVendors must provide their own tent, table, chairsAll tents must be weighted down for safety. Tents that are not properly weighted will have to be taken down. Tent stakes can not be used.No electricity or running water is availableThe space fee is $25 per space and will be charged upon approval of your application.
Check in and set up will begin at 4:30pm and vendors should be set up and ready by 5:30 pm.Vendors will need to unload in the parking lot and carry items into the park.Vendor parking is available in the Railroad Ave. parking lot at Lilburn City Park with a parking pass.
After the event please cleanup your space and take all items with you.  We can not be responsible for items left behind.
NO selling of food/drinks.Event load in instructions will be emailed to the email on Eventeny about 10 days prior to the event.The City of Lilburn reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications.The City does not guarantee that vendors will have exclusive rights to advertise a particular item or service.Vendors must market their business from their booth space only.
