About the application
This event is for business PROMOTIONS. You will be handing out candy/advertising your business. While sales are permitted, this is better suited for service based businesses and those wanting to get their name in front of thousands of local families.
Small businesses will decorate and set up a themed booth to hand out candy to kids/attendees. You may promote your business with whatever signage or promotional materials that you like. It is suggested for businesses to provide a little game or activity for kids to "win" the candy. Candy is NOT provided for you, you must bring your own. This event attracts approx 2-3k attendees, but is definitely weather impacted. Set up will be a few hours before.

| Costume Contest SPONSOR | $500.00 | Non-refundable | Set up your booth space inside the main arena for MAXIMUM exposure! Get a shoutout on the PA system before our costume contest. Dedicated ad ran on our socials for your business, banner (provided by you) hung at the entry gate. 10 free passes to the event! |
| Entertainment SPONSOR | $350.00 | Non-refundable | Booth space inside the stall area. Dedicated ad ran on our socials for your business. Banner (provided by you) hung on the hayride trailer OR at the Haunted Hallway entrance. 8 free passes to the event. |
| Arena space (non sponsor) | $175.00 | Non-refundable | 10x10 space inside the main arena party space for MAXIMUM exposure and experience. |
| Stall 12x12 | $35.00 | Non-refundable | 12x12 space inside a horse stall. You can decorate the walls and hang banners. Electricity is INCLUDED for lights and fun effects. Families will visit you all night as part of the "candy crawl". |
| Outside 10x10 | $25.00 | Non-refundable | 10x10 outdoor booth space. You will need to provide your own canopy. You can decorate however you please! Electricity is NOT provided. Plan for it to get dark. |
