Artist In-Person Participation

Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. - Cash awards of at least $5,000 will be presented. - Automatic acceptance and no fee application for winners the following year. - Complimentary continental breakfast both mornings. - Approximately 65 artists will be accepted to exhibit at the 2023 Panter, Panter & Sampedro Art Festival at Pinecrest Gardens. - All booth spaces are 10’ deep by 10’ wide. Each booth space fee is $300. Special requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Amongst a generous representation of the best artists and artisans from the US and abroad; you will find the perfect piece of art for you. Additionally there is always a great selection of delicious food, live music and other activities for the entire family. Join us at the most beautiful art show amongst the winding paths and exotic foliage in this magical botanical garden.

- All spaces are assigned by the Pinecrest Gardens Program & Events Department and are subject to change up to and during the event. - All set-up is to be completed 30 minutes prior to event start time. Vehicles will not be permitted on the grounds one hour prior to the event start time. Set-up may begin on the Thursday prior to the event and breakdown may occur as late as the Monday after the event. - Artists must provide their own display booth, racks, and tables to exhibit work. Please make arrangements to have dollies to transport equipment to the designated area. - The Festival is an outdoor event that may have inclement weather conditions. Pinecrest Gardens is not responsible for any damage to the artwork or display. - All work must be original and executed by the accepted artists. - Only work representative of that submitted and accepted may be exhibited. Pinecrest Gardens reserves the right to request removal of any work that differs from that as well as the removal of any inappropriate work or display that does not fit within a family oriented environment. - Tents are required. All tents must be in good condition to ensure the quality of the event. We highly recommend walls to protect and secure your exhibit overnight. Artists with displays and tents in poor condition will be asked to remove and /or replace equipment to an acceptable condition. - Artists must comply with all State of Florida tax regulations. Each artist is responsible for collecting and reporting Florida Sales Tax on all sales made during the Festival. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT - Cancellations must be made in writing to the Program and Events Department by January 6th, 2023. The event is outdoors and will be conducted rain or shine. The artist fee shall not be refundable after the deadline. The Artist fee shall not be refundable due to Artist’s cancellation or failure to appear.
