Vendor Application Charm City Live 2026

Baltimore's 5th Annual Charm City Live festival of music, food, and fun will be held September 5,2026 at War Memorial Plaza.  This is the ultimate Labor Day Weekend Celebration summer festival for visitors and the residents of the City of Baltimore with world-class entertainment, children’s activities, job recruitment, and more. 
 
The Charm City Live is hosted by Mayor Brandon Scott and produced by the City of Baltimore. This free event attracts all ages and brings together a broad demographic of incomes, education, ethnicities and genders. 

Please note Vendor spaces are limited!

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Thursday, August 20, 2026 *No vendors will be accepted after the deadline.*

APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION: Friday, August 21, 2026

Vendors will be notified of their selection to participate.

APPLICATION PAYMENT DEADLINE: Friday, August 28, 2026

*All payments must be made via Eventeny by the deadline or card on file will be automatically charged on 8/28/26 if you're an approved vendor.

INSURANCE DEADLINE: Friday, August 28, 2026

Proof of Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) is required. All vendors must provide one day coverage for the festival.  

FOOD PERMIT DEADLINE: Friday, August 28, 2026

Vendors: All vendors must have a Maryland sales & use tax license.

• If a selected vendor needs a temporary sale & use tax license your contact information will be forwarded to The Comptroller of Maryland Office.
  • A copy of your sale & use tax license must be submitted by Friday, August 28, 2026.  
• Electricity will be provided for stationary food & merchandise vendors. 
• The city will provide 10x10 tents & 10x15 tents.
• No sharing of space will be allowed between vendors.
• Illegal vending will not be allowed.
• Any vendor not adhering to any rules of the festival will be removed and not allowed to participate at any future events/festivals by the City of Baltimore.
