Alcohol Vendors

The Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival is seeking a limited number of professional alcohol vendors to provide beer, wine, cider, mead, seltzers, and other approved alcoholic beverages during the festival.

The festival attracts thousands of attendees over Labor Day Weekend and features:

Live music
National celebrity guests
Speakers
Family entertainment
Food trucks
Vendors
North Carolina Bronco Show
Kids activities
Outdoor recreation
Camping
Alcohol vendors will be located in designated high-traffic areas determined by festival management.

Space is extremely limited.

Requirements:

Applicants must:

Hold all required North Carolina ABC permits and licenses.
Comply with all North Carolina ABC laws.
Carry general liability insurance.
Carry liquor liability insurance.
Name Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival LLC and Camp John J. Barnhardt as Additional Insureds.
Provide certificates of insurance prior to the event.
Provide all serving equipment.Provide trained staff who are at least 21 years of age.
Verify identification for every alcohol purchase.
Follow all festival policies and instructions from festival staff.

Alcohol vendors must provide:

Tent, Truck or Trailer
Tables
Chairs
Display equipment
POS system
Coolers
Ice
Extension cords (if electricity is purchased)
Trash containers

Vendors are responsible for:

Keeping their area clean at all times
Removing all trash
Leaving the space in the same condition it was received

The $600 vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Festival management reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
All products sold must be approved in advance.
Alcohol may only be served to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
Vendors are responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws.
No outside alcohol may be sold or distributed.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits and licenses.
Vendors must maintain adequate inventory for the duration of the event.
Vendors are responsible for all taxes and reporting requirements.
No subleasing or sharing of booth space without written approval.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
Festival management reserves the right to remove any vendor for violations of these rules without refund.
