About the Event: Celebrate the magic of the changing seasons at Equinox, a day-to-night market that transforms throughout the day into two unforgettable experiences. Presented by Wandering Stage Events LLC, the creators of Michigan Fantasy Festival.
Spend the daylight hours exploring a fall fair filled with artisan vendors, live musical performances, captivating stage shows and wandering entertainers. Browse unique handcrafted goods, seasonal treats, and immersive entertainment for all ages.
At sunset, the market transforms as twinkling lights frame the main stage and solar lights illuminate the pathways. You can expect a dazzling fire performance, cups of cider, and a cozy nighttime marketplace to celebrate the autumn season.
Come and search for handcrafted treasures and enjoy live entertainment from day to dusk at Equinox!

Setup: Setup must be completed 15 minutes prior to Market open.
Lights & Booth Decoration: This is a day to night market, Battery powered or solar powered lighting is HEAVILY encouraged. We will be using solar lights on pathways and utilizing string lights at the pavillion, but ambient lighting at each booth will be critical to the success of your booth. The winner of the Best Decorated booth, will earn their booth fee back!
Teardown: To be completed by 10pm, October 3rd.
Merchant Parking: Is available in the Merchant Parking Lot. Once full, Merchants must use the overflow parking lot to make room for patrons and keep ADA compliant parking available in the Patron parking lot.

Wandering Stage Events reserves the right to reject any vendors as each category of vendor will be limited in an effort to not oversaturate each category.
Exceptions may be made if the items are diverse enough from other merchants.
