VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & MARKET POLICIES• All tent vendors must have a 10x10 tent or smaller.• All tent vendors MUST have proper tent weights attached at all times (40lb minimum required).• All food vendors, whether operating from a tent or food truck, must comply with all State of Florida requirements, permits, licenses, and health regulations. PROHIBITED AT THE MARKET

ARRIVAL POLICY:Vendors must arrive on time for setup. Late arrivals will NOT be permitted to set up or participate in the market.
Better Together reserves the right to remove any vendor from the market at any time, for any reason, especially misconduct, disruptive behavior, unsafe conditions, failure to follow market rules, or behavior that does not align with the atmosphere and standards of the market. Vendors may also be trespassed from the property if necessary.No refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
