Community Corner Vendors Market

Discount Vend Day – Vendor Terms & Conditions

By registering for this event, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor Fees

Regular Vendor Space: $10

Food Vendor Space: $30

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.

2. Setup & Breakdown

Vendors must arrive early enough to be completely set up before the event begins at 11:00 AM.

Vendors are expected to remain set up until 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved by the host.

Early breakdowns are discouraged as they negatively impact the event experience.

3. Electricity

Vendors requiring electricity must notify the host in advance.

An additional electricity fee will apply.

Electricity is limited and will be provided on a first-request basis.

4. Vendor Space

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed.

Spaces must be kept clean and organized throughout the event.

5. Clean-Up

Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and personal items from their space before leaving.

Please help keep Community Corner clean and welcoming.

6. Products & Services

Vendors may only sell legal products and services.

Counterfeit, illegal, offensive, or unsafe items are strictly prohibited.

Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health and food safety regulations.

7. Responsibility

Community Corner Vendors Market, its owners, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, vehicles, or personal belongings.

Vendors participate at their own risk.

8. Conduct

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward customers, fellow vendors, and staff.

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

9. Weather

This event is held rain or shine unless otherwise announced by the host.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.

10. Photography & Marketing

By participating, vendors grant Community Corner permission to photograph or record their booth and products for promotional and marketing purposes.

11. Host Rights

Community Corner reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor participation if these terms are violated or if participation is deemed inappropriate for the event.
