Vendor Sign-Up for Christmas on Gingerbread Lane!!

Calling all vendors! We are back!! Applications are now open for our annual Christmas Vendor Market. A fun, family-friendly shopping experience filled with christmas vibes, community support, and themed entertainment. This year’s event will feature "Santa and the Gingerbread Man" as our special guests, A station for kids to write their letters to Santa, A life size Gingerbread Village and more! Guests will be able to enjoy meet-and-greet opportunities, pictures, photo ops, games, music, goodie bags for the first 50 kids, and over 30+ amazing vendors.

Vendors are encouraged to decorate their tables to match the theme or dress up as they please. Gingerbread attire is encouraged but not mandatory. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business, connect with the community and be part of a festive event that guests of all ages will enjoy.

Vendor Fee: $70
Includes: 8ft table and 2 chairs and electricity if needed

Admission: FREE for guests

Please note: Vendor spaces will not be held. Payment must be made to officially confirm your vendor spot.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

By applying, you agree to the following:

1. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to maintain a curated and balanced event experience.
2. The vendor fee is $70 and is non-refundable and non-transferable once accepted.
3. Event Date: December 19th 2026 | Time: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Location: Franklin Park, IL Setup is 1pm sharp!
4. Each vendor space includes an 8x8 or 10x10 area, one 8-ft table, and two chairs. Electricity is available upon request.
5. Vendors must bring their own table coverings, displays and setup materials and be fully set up before the event begins.
6. Only approved products/services may be sold. No prohibited items allowed.
   Vendor categories may be limited to ensure variety and quality.
7. Vendors are responsible for their own items and setup. The organizer and venue are not liable for loss, damage, or injury.
8. All vendor fees are non-refundable unless organizer cancels. In the event of rescheduling, spots may be transferred to the new date.
9. Vendors must maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
   Vendors may be featured in event promotions and are encouraged to promote the event.
