About the application

Welcome to the event!

Thank you for your interest in vending at the April 16-17, 2027 Great Basin Fiber Arts Fair. Due to our growing popularity, vendors will be selected through a juried process. This will allow for a variety of quality products while keeping our fair a manageable size. Those businesses selected to vend will be notified by mid-October 2026 and will be invoiced for their booth fee January 15, 2027. Past vendors will be considered the same as any other applicant. Completing an application does not guarantee you will be a vendor at the Fair.

Browse through our booth options and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

The Great Basin Fiber Arts Fair is a non-profit organization that promotes the fiber arts as historical and thriving art forms. We want to share our love of fiber arts with you. Our friends from the fiber community will join us to demo and teach a variety of classes about knitting, spinning, crochet, felting, dyeing, weaving, rug making, and other fiber arts. Many friends who have fiber animals vend at the Fair and spread the word about the wonders of their particular animals and the fiber they produce. Other vendors sell tools and other handy items for all types of fiber arts as well as many finished goods. Join us for shopping, watching the demonstrations, learning something new at one of our amazing workshops, and attending the fiber-after-party on Friday night. There is so much to enjoy! Parking and entrance to the fair are FREE!

Terms & Conditions

The following are the contract terms of the agreement to rent vendor space at Great Basin Fiber Arts Fair (hereafter “GBFAF”). If selected as a vendor, your acceptance of these terms shall constitute a binding agreement and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the GBFAF committee.

Vendors who fail to comply with these terms will not be considered for future events. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

1. Booth Information

• Vendor will be assigned to a booth. Vendor may not move or trade spaces except at the direction of the GBFAF committee.

• Inviting a non-registered vendor, with a separate product line, to share a booth is not allowed for tax compliance purposes. Any exceptions must be cleared with the GBFAF committee prior to the fair.

• Vendor is responsible to provide tables, chairs, and/or displays for their own booth. Table and chair rental may be purchased on this application.

• Vendor is responsible for providing coverage for their booth during marketplace hours. Booth sitters will periodically check in to see if you need a break.

• Vendor is responsible for transporting goods to/from their vehicle, as well as the set up and take down of all products within their booth.

• Vendor is responsible for closing and securing their booth and merchandise at night. This will be especially important as the Fiber Party will be held in the same building.

• Electricity is provided free of charge. Vendor is responsible for providing any extension cords needed. Cords cannot be placed in walkways.
