The Baldwin County Boss Babes Holiday Market is one of the Gulf Coast's favorite holiday shopping events, bringing together over 100 local vendors and thousands of shoppers for a full day of shopping, food, and community. Our mission has always been to support small businesses while giving back to the communities we serve.

Each year, we partner with a local nonprofit organization to help raise awareness and funds through our event. Proceeds from the event's admission donations benefit our selected nonprofit, and we encourage attendees to learn more about the important work being done in our community.

If your organization is selected, you'll have the opportunity to connect with thousands of attendees, share your mission, recruit volunteers, distribute information, sell goods, and engage with the community throughout the day.

2. Selection Process

• Submitting an application does not guarantee selection as the event's nonprofit beneficiary. Applications will be reviewed based on community impact, organizational mission, and overall fit with the event.
• Baldwin County Boss Babes reserves the right to select the organization that best aligns with the goals of the event.

 
3. Nonprofit Responsibilities

If selected as the beneficiary for the Baldwin County Boss Babes 2026 Holiday Market, your organization agrees to actively participate in the success of the event by:

• Providing a minimum of five (5) volunteers, with up to ten (10) volunteers encouraged, to assist throughout the event day.
• Volunteers are needed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and may work in rotating shifts.
• Volunteer duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Collecting admission donations at the entrance
  • Assisting with parking and directing guests
  • Monitoring trash receptacles and helping keep the venue clean
  • Relieving vendors for brief lunch or restroom breaks
  • Assisting with general event needs as they arise
  • Helping with table and chair cleanup and other breakdown tasks at the conclusion of the event
  • Staffing your nonprofit information booth during event hours (9:00 AM–3:00 PM).
  • Providing brochures, promotional materials, or other information about your organization.
  • Engaging with attendees in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
  • Promoting the event through your website, email newsletters, and social media channels when possible.
  • Designating one primary point of contact to communicate with Baldwin County Boss Babes before, during, and after the event.

4. Event Promotion

The selected nonprofit grants Baldwin County Boss Babes permission to use its name, logo, photos, and publicly available information to promote the event through social media, our website, email marketing, print materials, and other advertising.

 
5. Donations

• Admission donations of $2 per attendee collected during the event will benefit the selected nonprofit organization.

6. Booth Space

• If a booth is provided, the nonprofit is responsible for supplying its own displays, promotional materials, table coverings, chairs, and other booth materials unless otherwise arranged.
• The booth must remain staffed and operational for the duration of the event.

 
7. Conduct

• Representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and event staff.
• Baldwin County Boss Babes reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event.

 
9. Photography & Media

The selected nonprofit grants Baldwin County Boss Babes permission to photograph and record its booth, volunteers, and representatives during the event for future promotional purposes.

 
10. Liability

• Participation is at the organization's own risk.
• Baldwin County Boss Babes, the Baldwin County Coliseum, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries sustained during participation.

 
11. Agreement

By submitting an application, the nonprofit acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
