About the event
Terms & Conditions
- I will arrive no later than 5:00pm.
- I will look at the site map and make sure I know my assigned spot before arriving to the event.
- I will be ready to interact with participants by 6:00pm.
- I will bring my own tables, chairs, decorations, weight bags, and including tablecloths.
- Any accommodations should be disclosed in your application in the space for special requests and will be considered accordingly.
- The City of Rowlett will ONLY provide a 10X10 spot for your vendor area.
