Stony Brook Art and Craft Fair
About the application
This show will be located in the modern Charles B Wang Center using 3 large galleries with room for 100 vendors. Space sizes offered are 10'x10', and 6'x5'. Art, Crafts, unique manufactured gifts and packaged foods are accepted. The Zodiac Room will require elevator or stairs to access. Plenty of free parking. There is a food court in the building.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Event is indoors with all levels access to ramps and elevators for easy loading.
Tables must be covered to the floor and merchandise and displays within the allotted space. The loading area is limited so we ask vendors to quickly unload and park in the lot before setting up.
Load in will start by 7:30am. Event hours are 10-4. Event is rain or shine and no refunds or credits.
Venue or promoter not responsible for damages or theft.
No counterfeits, weapons, drug paraphernalia, profane, political merchandise, non prepackaged foods.
Please bring portable lights if located in the Zodiac room as some areas can be dim.
