Attention cooks of the seas! The Grand Line needs more than pirates… it needs a legendary feast! ⚓️
We are looking for food vendors, bakers, dessert makers, and culinary creators to join HallowTEEZ: The Grand Line Market and help fuel our adventure celebrating ATEEZ’s 8th debut anniversary.
Whether you’re serving savory treasures, sweet treats, refreshing drinks, or unique creations, we want you to bring your best bounty to the table!

Food Vendor Information
- Food vendor fee: $150
- Food vendors will receive a designated outdoor space in the event parking lot.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tables, tents/canopies, chairs, equipment, power sources (if needed), and any supplies required for operation.
- Vendors must be prepared for an outdoor event and bring proper tent weights if using a canopy.
Requirements
- Food vendors must have all required permits, licenses, certifications, and approvals needed to legally operate in North Carolina.
- Vendors are responsible for following all applicable health department, food safety, and local regulations.
- A complete menu and pricing information must be provided with your application.
- Please notify the organizer of any special equipment needs, power requirements, or space requests prior to approval.
- This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event, so please prepare accordingly for weather conditions.

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
1. Selection Process
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Food trucks are selected to ensure cuisine diversity and prevent oversaturation.
2. Payment & Confirmation
- If accepted, payment will be processed upon application approval.
- Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Failure of payment may result in forfeiture of your spot.
3. Permits & Licensing
- Food vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, certifications, and approvals necessary to operate legally in North Carolina.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable Guilford County/Forsyth County health department requirements (depending on location), food safety regulations, and local laws.
- Vendors must follow proper food handling, preparation, storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring all employees, helpers, and representatives are properly trained and follow food safety requirements. - The organizer may request proof of permits, certifications, or insurance documentation prior to the event.
4. Setup & Equipment
- Food trucks must be self-contained, including power, water, and waste disposal unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- No grease, wastewater, or trash may be left onsite.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Weather-related changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Conduct
- Vendors must maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment.
- Harassment, discrimination, unsafe practices, or failure to follow event guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Vendors are responsible for the actions of anyone working at their booth or food area.
7. Menu & Sales
- Vendors must submit an accurate menu and pricing information with their application.
- Vendors may only sell approved menu items unless changes are approved by the organizer before the event.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing enough inventory and supplies for the expected attendance. Based on interest and previous year we expect between 150-300 attendees but that number could increase.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax.
8.Clean-Up & Waste Disposal
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event.
- All food waste, trash, grease, packaging, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the event.
- Vendors may not dump grease, wastewater, or food waste on event grounds.
- Failure to properly clean your space may affect eligibility for future events.
9.Liability & Insurance
- Food vendors participate at their own risk.
- HallowTEEZ: The Grand Line Market, Triad K-Pop, Kingdom K-Pop, event staff, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, equipment failure, or other incidents related to vendor participation.
- Vendors assume full responsibility for their products, equipment, employees, and operations.
- Food vendors are strongly encouraged to carry general liability insurance and any additional coverage required for their business.
10.Weather & Event Changes
- HallowTEEZ: The Grand Line Market is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
- The organizer reserves the right to delay, modify, relocate, or cancel portions of the event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of their control.
- Refunds due to weather-related cancellations will be determined at the organizer’s discretion based on expenses already incurred.
11.Final Decisions
- The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding vendor placement, safety requirements, and event operations.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event and may impact eligibility for future Triad K-Pop events.

| Food Truck Spot | $150.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | This option is for approved food trucks, food vendors, dessert vendors, beverage vendors, and culinary creators joining HallowTEEZ: The Grand Line Market. Spots are very limited to provide exclusivity to our selected food vendors and to offer a variety without over saturation for optimal benefit. Your vendor fee includes one designated food vendor space in the outdoor event area. Space size and placement will be assigned by the event organizer based on vendor needs and event layout. Food vendors are responsible for providing their own: * Tent/canopy (if needed) * Tables and chairs * Cooking/service equipment * Power source or generator (if needed) * Water, fuel, and supplies * Trash and cleanup materials This is an outdoor parking lot event, so vendors must prepare accordingly for weather conditions and provide proper tent weights for any canopies or tents. Food vendors must have all required permits, licenses, certifications, and approvals necessary to operate in North Carolina. I understand that TriadKpop, volunteers, associated organizers and Greensboro Shrine Club are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to my property, merchandise, or personal belongings. I agree that I am fully responsible for the security of my own items and vendor space throughout the event. I release TriadKpop, volunteers, associated organizers and Greensboro Shrine Club from any liability related to accidents, injury, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
